GBI bought the Quin Design Rosso helmet I bought the Quin Design Rosso helmet. I don’t recommend it. Too much wind and turbulence noise at highway speeds. It’s actually deafening. Complained to Quin, their solution was to buy more accessories ie extra thick padding at my expense. Non returnable if I opened the packaging. I voice my concerns on social media and was quickly banned from making comments. Please if you insist on spending more than $400 on a helmet, read the companies return policy first. Quin will fight you to the very end making sure they keep your money. And a side note my phone and my bike manufacturer both have crash detection.
Holiday timeframe mishap
GBOnly rating one star just because not… Only rating one star just because not being flexible with customers, especially during these times. Purchased helmets early to make sure they arrived for a 50th bday based on all the shipping delay issues during the holidays. When a family member obtained COVID, I was not able to give my man the helmet and we delayed his bday surprise (a scooter and your helmets). He did not like the helmet design and two tone colors, as well as the size did not fit even though his head was right on the boarder of the size L sizing. I submitted an RMA and was denied return of the helmets. It is just disappointing that a 14 day exchange is set when a large majority of any companies have at least a 60 day return program during the holiday season. For the benefit of others down the road, please consider this for your future customers during holiday timeframes so they don't lose a tone of money like I did because I didn't meat your 14 day RMA timeline. I personally loved your helmets and thought he would for his 50th and was so disappointed that he didn't like the look of them. I understand that policy is policy and am only rating it a 1 so that you will consider the adjustment of this policy for others down the road.

GBGhost helmet Ordered a Ghost helmet, looked cool online. Did not fit properly too small wasnt an intermediate oval as advertised. Quality not as expected. Cost me over 50 dollars in shopping cost just to find that out.. Returned the the helmet and bought a 6D much better quality.

GBQuin Ghost Umbra, Pros & Cons Ghost Umbra Pros: I’m quite pleased with the lighter weight, great design, fit & easy connectivity. Safety ratings & features are definitely impressive. Cons: Like other riders have noted, the volume is inadequate, particularly during highway travel. I can barely distinguish what tune is playing! ☹️ (After a bit of research, I adjusted my iPhone’s audio equalizer to the “late night” setting. It helps, though not enough.) Also, I get a bit annoyed when the face shield is in the fully open position & doesn’t clear my field of vision entirely. Otherwise, would recommend.
