GBLove the way the helmet looks Love the way the helmet looks, the aerodynamics of the helmet feel great. I have found that part of the inner lining is moving. The speakers sound like they are blown as well, i would recommend better speakers

GBQuin Ghost Umbra This company has the best costumer service I have EVER experienced. As a new rider I had 101 questions regarding fit and visor changes and not only were they very quick to answer but also very helpful and patient. The product feels and wears like a high quality item, sound is great no static and very clear connection. I would highly recommend for those looking for seamless Bluetooth integration and peace of mind for your loved ones.

GBNot fault of customer service rep Not fault of customer service rep. Poor exchange policy for e-commerce. Quin has no brick and mortar overhead so there is no excuse good enough.

GBNice Looks, light and a good price for the certifications. The shell is pretty and the coating on the shell is flawless. The interior is nicely done but is too noisy to hear the speakers at highway speeds. The visor attaching hardware is surprisingly cheap in appearance and hard to imagine holding during an accident. The weight is light and the wind stream is good. The price is good for a helmet with the certifications that have been given.

GBQuin Spitfire Rosso Buckle Issues I bought the Quin Spitfire Rosso. So far I really liked the helmet EXCEPT.... There is, what I perceive, as a design flaw that is very very dangerous, the buckle clasp for the helmet gets caught on the padding and may not not secure all the way. Several times I thought the chin strap was clasped but it was barely in the buckle and then just pulled out with a simple tug. This would easily cause the helmet to come off in an accident. I can't find a way to extend the buckle away from the padding. As it is, I don't feel comfortable using the helmet. I contacted Quin and never received a response.
