I have a Ghost umbra helmet I have a Ghost umbra helmet. It’s a good looking helmet! The speakers could be better sound like you are listening from a tin can. Could use more base. Helmet is pretty loud. I will probably be wearing the helmet with ear plugs. Customer service was good. If there is a way to swap out speakers it would be awesome! Like how light weight it is.

Only rating one star just because not… Only rating one star just because not being flexible with customers, especially during these times. Purchased helmets early to make sure they arrived for a 50th bday based on all the shipping delay issues during the holidays. When a family member obtained COVID, I was not able to give my man the helmet and we delayed his bday surprise (a scooter and your helmets). He did not like the helmet design and two tone colors, as well as the size did not fit even though his head was right on the boarder of the size L sizing. I submitted an RMA and was denied return of the helmets. It is just disappointing that a 14 day exchange is set when a large majority of any companies have at least a 60 day return program during the holiday season. For the benefit of others down the road, please consider this for your future customers during holiday timeframes so they don't lose a tone of money like I did because I didn't meat your 14 day RMA timeline. I personally loved your helmets and thought he would for his 50th and was so disappointed that he didn't like the look of them. I understand that policy is policy and am only rating it a 1 so that you will consider the adjustment of this policy for others down the road.

Ghost helmet Ordered a Ghost helmet, looked cool online. Did not fit properly too small wasnt an intermediate oval as advertised. Quality not as expected. Cost me over 50 dollars in shopping cost just to find that out.. Returned the the helmet and bought a 6D much better quality.

I love the looks and fit and finnish ..But . The Spitfire helmet looks great and very lite weight , the padding Is comfortable and the fit is good visor opens easily with gloves on and plenty of ventilation . Its a noisy helmet ( even with ear plugs ) but most helmets In this price range are , the volume buttons are too small cant feel them with gloves on . But the biggest let down are the speakers there's no way to adjust treble or base which makes for a poor sound track as I like to play music while riding very poor compared to my sena . But all In all I'm very satisfied with the Spitfire helmet .

The design and comfort of the helmet is… The design and comfort of the helmet is fantastic. My two stars are for the horrible sound quality of the speakers. They have no bass, all tweeter and hurt to listen to. I'm actively trying to sell this basically unworn helmet as I can't wear it. My Kardo system is so much better for sound quality.
