GBI really wished I had read the reviews… Edit:Shortly after writing this review retobikegear.com refunded me my money. No message, explanation, or apology. At least I got my money back. I will not be buying anything from them in the future. I really wished I had read the reviews on this place before placing an order. I ordered a helmet two weeks ago and it has yet to ship. I've sent messages twice that went unanswered so I sent a third to attempt to cancel the order and get my money back. I doubt I will get it back judging by others experience. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place!

GBI purchased a motorcycle helmet from… I purchased a motorcycle helmet from RetroCycle but have not received it nor have I received notification that it's been shipped. I have tried calling their number multiple times but nobody ever answers..I have also written to them multiple times and never get a response. At this time I plan to contact the California state attorney general and federal consumer protection commission. If these people are ripping people off they need to be shut down and penalized to the fullest extent of the law.

GBPurchased a helmet paid extra for 3 day… Purchased a helmet paid extra for 3 day delivery and that was over 12 days ago. Called and emailed numerous times and not ONE response! Scammers buyer beware!!!!
Disappointed
GBDisappointed I have to say I have been extremely disappointed thus far. I'm not saying not to use these guys as I don't think that's fair to say to most businesses. But my experience has not been good. Particularly when I compare to Revzilla. I received a helmet I purchased. I was quite surprised at how long at took to get to me and I see others have had this problem. I've ordered from Revzilla and delivery was much quicker. Also, customer service has been non existent. I've called for two days, left messages. No one answers and noone gets back to you. I emailed as well with no response. You just HAVE to provide more prompt service if you want to keep customers. Lastly, the helmet didn't fit and I measured and went according to size guidelines. So I just want to exchange, but they want me to pay return shipping $15. Again, this is not my experience with other sites like Revzilla who have paid for the return. Overall quite disappointed. What would be nice is to see them look at this review and similar ones and correct the way business is conducted. I hope they do.
