GBGreat service We needed a new glass cover for our range top when the old one broke. Suburban shipped one to us priority so it got here before our next trip but it arrived broken. When I contacted them, they immediately shipped a replacement with a different shipper, handled the claim against the original shipper and the replacement still arrived before we left for our trip. They made the whole process very smooth despite the hiccup and the new cover fit great and was easy to install.
