GBReplacement oven door was received… Replacement oven door was received promptly. Customer service was good. I just find it very disappointing that they don’t offer just a replacement glass for the door. I should be able to get a replacement glass for half the price of an entire new door.

GBI received the wrong electric motor… I received the wrong electric motor that your site listed it would fit my SF42 suburban RV heater. I had a difficult time getting assistance and when I did I was being charged a Restocking fee of 30 percent. Refund fee took over a week to received. I was stated the correct motor would cost $207. This price was way over priced. I found the correct motor for $138. The poor handling of this situation caused too much frustration. Plus I did not received a Proper Return Label and had to pay for return shipping.
