I ordered (2) two items I ordered (2) two items, that weighed maybe 6 ounces. Paid for 3 day delivery. $24.00. Items took a week to arrive at our winter home. We have left and returned to Pennsylvania. So, they are NO use to me now. Will not be back to South Carolina until, October.

Helping a friend. I was able to easily identify the correct part for my friend's furnace and get it ordered. It came in quickly and I was able to repair his furnace right away. When you live in an RV, that is a blessing! Heat is very important, especially for an octogenarian. Thank you for helping me make his life better.

Replacement oven door was received… Replacement oven door was received promptly. Customer service was good. I just find it very disappointing that they don’t offer just a replacement glass for the door. I should be able to get a replacement glass for half the price of an entire new door.

Great service We needed a new glass cover for our range top when the old one broke. Suburban shipped one to us priority so it got here before our next trip but it arrived broken. When I contacted them, they immediately shipped a replacement with a different shipper, handled the claim against the original shipper and the replacement still arrived before we left for our trip. They made the whole process very smooth despite the hiccup and the new cover fit great and was easy to install.
