GBDoor Ordered and Paid in May with No Response I ordered a replacement door back in May 2023 and was in periodic contact with Morgan who kept saying she would check on the status of the order. In September, I requested a refund and now the lines of communication are closed. I've called and emailed several times with no response. I even contacted the BBB for help only to find the email they use is not associated with the RV Parts Express. I think this company is a scam.

GBExcellent! Part arrived the next day. I needed to replace a broken fridge drawer lid hinge and didn't really know where to start. I started digging online and not too long in found great information on the website. I wanted to confirm the part I needed so I emailed, thinking I'd be unlikely to receive a response. I was mistaken. I had a reply within 48hrs (may have been less) asking more questions and then was provided some suggestions on what I needed based on me confirming the model number. Once that was confirmed, I called to place my order and it arrived THE NEXT DAY with normal shipping - not express. This was an amazing customer service experience the whole way through. Thank you!!

GBDrip tray only. We ordered a drip tray for our refrigerator. The tray came in a timely manner. It didnot have any attachments with it to hook up the hose. Basically just a tray with a hole in it. Very dissatisfied. Upon seeing my review the representative contacted me and saved me the trouble of contacting them. They worked on fixing the situation to assure i was a satisfied customer.

GBNorcold Door Panels Product received 4 weeks after the order was placed online was as described. Customer service was very poor. Company did not answer the phone, customer service form, or two emails sent requesting a status of my order over a three week period. Only after contacting Pay Pal to inform them that the company was non-responsive did I receive an email from the company (week 4) apologizing for their poor service. The panels arrived a few days later.
