DO NOT order from this company DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a part, and several weeks later I still had no order number, confirmation, tracking info, etc. The payment was processed, and still no information on the order. The phone number on the website goes to a voicemail and calls do not get returned. The e-mail also will not yield any response. I believe this company is a scam. I'm contacting PayPal to reverse the payment.

Drip tray only. We ordered a drip tray for our refrigerator. The tray came in a timely manner. It didnot have any attachments with it to hook up the hose. Basically just a tray with a hole in it. Very dissatisfied. Upon seeing my review the representative contacted me and saved me the trouble of contacting them. They worked on fixing the situation to assure i was a satisfied customer.

I contacted 2 rv dealers looking for… I contacted 2 rv dealers looking for replacement shelves for my Norcold refrigerator. Both said their suppliers were unable to get them. Morgan from Norcold Express was able to help me. She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking Norcold parts.

I have not received the part I ordered I have not received the part I ordered. I have also not received any update on the part as far as when it is going to be shipping or any tracking number. I have tried calling and all I get is voicemail. The person who this was outsourced to does not respond and by chance when she does it takes weeks. Poor customer service
