Service department is HORRIBLE Sales experience was great and they gave the best price BUT... Service and tech is horrible. My trailer got dropped off and the hot water heater does not work, The electrical part of the fridge does not work, damage to the table / trim / and other areas (they said they would replace table and trim months ago but still have yet to see them. I've call service to walk me through fixing the hot water heater and fridge but they are ZERO HELP. Access panels they refer to don't exist and they have ZERO desire to fix it. I now have one hell of a expensive box with no fridge and hot water.

My Outside Frig Cover disappeared My Outside Frig Cover disappeared, just a few hours after purchase. They refused to reimburse. At least 15 problems with NEW rig, at pickup ! Same old story; they smile at purchase pick up, and don't know you afterwords. How can you run a biz like that !!!!!!!!!!!!

Our initial visit was great, then crap! Our initial visit was great! Everything from there was horrible. The financing was a joke. Customer service was a joke. Service department was a joke. If they weren’t the only dealer in the state with the rv we wanted we would have definitely gone somewhere else. I think we waited well over 6 months for parts that were missing on our new rv and having to deal with 5 different people in the service department to receive them. Horrible.

The service department at Castle… The service department at Castle Country is exceptional. I delayed winterizing my motorhome, called them in a panic right before a freeze. They were booked out pretty heavily, but Weston & Dub gave up their lunch hour to squeeze me in and take care of winterizing. I needed an additional repair, Randy & Chad in parts got it in next day. Doug got me right back in. Chris did the repair quickly and accurately. They charged me less than half of what some other RV places would have charged. They are a real team, pleasant & professional. They go the extra mile. I don't give recommendations lightly, but I highly recommend this business.

If I could leave negative stars I… If I could leave negative stars I would!! From start to finish I’ve had one issue after another. We had to have a hitch installed that ended up taking over 6 hours and we were quoted 2. Our camper had some cosmetic issues upon inspection those issues were never addressed with the MFGR. Slept in my brand new camper 2 nights after a total of 80 miles of travel to our location and home...NUMEROUS ISSUES with the unit came to light so we contact Castle Country RV...seemed as though things were going to be set straight I’m a quick fashion or so I was told. After weeks of phone calls and little to no response from Castle Country and between pointing fingers from MFGR and Castle Country I picked up my camper with half the work done that was supposed to be!! very very dissatisfied and wouldn’t buy a dog house from these people!!!
