The service department at Castle… The service department at Castle Country is exceptional. I delayed winterizing my motorhome, called them in a panic right before a freeze. They were booked out pretty heavily, but Weston & Dub gave up their lunch hour to squeeze me in and take care of winterizing. I needed an additional repair, Randy & Chad in parts got it in next day. Doug got me right back in. Chris did the repair quickly and accurately. They charged me less than half of what some other RV places would have charged. They are a real team, pleasant & professional. They go the extra mile. I don't give recommendations lightly, but I highly recommend this business.

Great selection and customer service We had a great experience working with Staci to find the camping trailer that best fits our family. She was helpful and generous to stay a few minutes late to walk us through different options. We went to other RV dealers in UT and felt rushed as the store was closing. Staci was great at communicating and the dealership did an exceptional job at getting the trailer prepped quickly.

Worst experience I have had buying an… Worst experience I have had buying an RV. Drove 7 hours to buy my RV and they didn't even have it at that location had to go back 3 hours North to the Logan Utah location. 6 hours of unnecessary driving and fuel costs And seem like they didn't even care.

Don't buy from these people they sold… Don't buy from these people they sold us a 50000 piece of crap they won't warranty anything we have been waiting now for 3 months to have kitchen chairs replaced and find out they haven't even ordered them won't fix fridge or thermostat or replace curtains that have screws poking out Won't return phone calls just keep pawning off to anyone they have very poor customer service Warning don't purchase from these people

Awesome Dealer I was in the market for a 16 ft enclosed aluminum trailer and was seriously considering a used one in Salt Lake City until I discovered a new one for sale at Castle Country RV in Helper, UT. The price for the new trailer was even cheaper and had many more upgrades. Gave them a call and Keith Mason had the trailer ready for me that day. Customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend you give the a look when shopping.
