GBMy Outside Frig Cover disappeared My Outside Frig Cover disappeared, just a few hours after purchase. They refused to reimburse. At least 15 problems with NEW rig, at pickup ! Same old story; they smile at purchase pick up, and don't know you afterwords. How can you run a biz like that !!!!!!!!!!!!

GBThank you Castle Country RV for not… Thank you Castle Country RV for not working with us as we went somewhere else and bought our RV. They wouldn’t hold the RV we wanted to get financing and basically sold it to someone else without even letting us know. We appreciate that as we found a better experience elsewhere and are now happily in the RV we wanted. Terrible experience here. But glad we didn’t do business. For a great experience go to Legacy RV as they treat you with respect and help you get what your looking for.

GBTook a down payment from me on a… Took a down payment from me on a Trailer that was sold to someone else, had to spend more money to get the same Trailer only a year newer. Waited weeks to get it to have it show up with more options than was ordered so had to spend more money. Took a day off work to meet The delivery man to find out that he wasn’t coming until the next day because of a mistake in scheduling.

GBThe service department at Castle… The service department at Castle Country is exceptional. I delayed winterizing my motorhome, called them in a panic right before a freeze. They were booked out pretty heavily, but Weston & Dub gave up their lunch hour to squeeze me in and take care of winterizing. I needed an additional repair, Randy & Chad in parts got it in next day. Doug got me right back in. Chris did the repair quickly and accurately. They charged me less than half of what some other RV places would have charged. They are a real team, pleasant & professional. They go the extra mile. I don't give recommendations lightly, but I highly recommend this business.

GBPoor after sale support We purchased a travel trailer from Castle Country then sold it 8 months later as we decided on a 5th wheel. We requested a repayment for the portion of the extended warranty that we purchased through the Castle Country dealer. That was in Feb 23. It is now June and we still have not received the check. They first told me that I needed to contact the lien holder( I already had the title) and I did. This was after about 6 calls to CC to get them to move this ahead. The credit union said they had nothing to do with refunding and that it needed to come from the dealer. That was over a month ago-the stoat now is they say that they have a new software program and they are not able to write ANY checks until the CFO gives the ok. Now I can not get a call back from Melissa that is the Genrl manager. You may want to consider a different dealer if you want to have a good after sale experience. I will update this review if I am able to get the refund check in my hands.
