Worst experience we have ever had I would never deal with Castle Country again totally crooks unprofessional unwilling to stand behind what they sell or take care of warranty claims The sales department was great but once they have your money They are useless Don’t return phone calls and make a lot of excuses with no follow through on anything they tell you

Service department is HORRIBLE Sales experience was great and they gave the best price BUT... Service and tech is horrible. My trailer got dropped off and the hot water heater does not work, The electrical part of the fridge does not work, damage to the table / trim / and other areas (they said they would replace table and trim months ago but still have yet to see them. I've call service to walk me through fixing the hot water heater and fridge but they are ZERO HELP. Access panels they refer to don't exist and they have ZERO desire to fix it. I now have one hell of a expensive box with no fridge and hot water.

Poor after sale support We purchased a travel trailer from Castle Country then sold it 8 months later as we decided on a 5th wheel. We requested a repayment for the portion of the extended warranty that we purchased through the Castle Country dealer. That was in Feb 23. It is now June and we still have not received the check. They first told me that I needed to contact the lien holder( I already had the title) and I did. This was after about 6 calls to CC to get them to move this ahead. The credit union said they had nothing to do with refunding and that it needed to come from the dealer. That was over a month ago-the stoat now is they say that they have a new software program and they are not able to write ANY checks until the CFO gives the ok. Now I can not get a call back from Melissa that is the Genrl manager. You may want to consider a different dealer if you want to have a good after sale experience. I will update this review if I am able to get the refund check in my hands.

We found just what we were looking for… We found just what we were looking for in a travel trailer at Castle Country RV for the right price. So far our experience has been excellent. Wade Butler was our salesman and he was very helpful and informative. Trevor and Travis helped us get our trailer set up and ready to go. We are really enjoying trying out all the features on our trailer and look forward to many happy years of camping!

My Outside Frig Cover disappeared My Outside Frig Cover disappeared, just a few hours after purchase. They refused to reimburse. At least 15 problems with NEW rig, at pickup ! Same old story; they smile at purchase pick up, and don't know you afterwords. How can you run a biz like that !!!!!!!!!!!!
