Prices are good and the people are… Prices are good and the people are friendly. While it wasn’t their fault I ordered a travel trailer and it took several months longer than they said it would to come in. The communication during this time was poor from my salesman. Initially told one price all included by my salesman over the phone than added additional prep when I came in. Sales manager helped resolve it. Communication was the biggest issue even with servicing.

Thank you Castle Country RV for not… Thank you Castle Country RV for not working with us as we went somewhere else and bought our RV. They wouldn’t hold the RV we wanted to get financing and basically sold it to someone else without even letting us know. We appreciate that as we found a better experience elsewhere and are now happily in the RV we wanted. Terrible experience here. But glad we didn’t do business. For a great experience go to Legacy RV as they treat you with respect and help you get what your looking for.

We found just what we were looking for… We found just what we were looking for in a travel trailer at Castle Country RV for the right price. So far our experience has been excellent. Wade Butler was our salesman and he was very helpful and informative. Trevor and Travis helped us get our trailer set up and ready to go. We are really enjoying trying out all the features on our trailer and look forward to many happy years of camping!

First Travel Trailer We had a great experience at Castle Country RV. Honestly we were comparison shopping and had money down on another trailer from a competitor, but we liked the selection. Ok, it isn't a huge lot and yes it is gravel and the offices are nothing fancy, but their knowledgeable work force guided us from trailer selection to step-by-step instructions after our purchase. Wade, Ben and Elmo were amazing. They were patient with us as first time buyers. We were pleasantly surprised by a nice gift bag of goodies in our fridge. I'm not a reviewer, but felt the need to acknowledge a solid RV company.

Took a down payment from me on a… Took a down payment from me on a Trailer that was sold to someone else, had to spend more money to get the same Trailer only a year newer. Waited weeks to get it to have it show up with more options than was ordered so had to spend more money. Took a day off work to meet The delivery man to find out that he wasn’t coming until the next day because of a mistake in scheduling.
