After having my car stolen and used up… After having my car stolen and used up allowance for car hire with enterprise I needed one more week and tried humble.. what a friendly, personable service. Very accommodating to say the least. I ordered for full week but didn’t need the full 7 days.. no quarms to return two days back without questions.. he came to house to pick it up. So easy and stress free such a lovely guy very genuine. Highly recommend this company from a woman’s perspective too.

Then the car was not ready until the next day after we made payment then magically you called the customer and all off a sudden engine light was on.... Who services does not make sense. Fully refunded appreciate this but please don't say you have a car then don't

Great car hire Hired a Vauxhall Astra for a long weekend trip and the car was great - clean and easy to drive. Communication was good with amazing local delivery/pick up process taking all the stress out of car hire. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!

Car hire you might think you could only dream of Jamie absolutely saved our bacon when our car wouldn’t start and we were due to leave for a holiday. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating and could get a car to us within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening. No problem about taking dogs, no complicated forms - and he was amazingly nice about changes to the arrangements. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Such a welcome change to deal with a helpful and friendly person rather than another call centre.
