Then the car was not ready until the next day after we made payment then magically you called the customer and all off a sudden engine light was on.... Who services does not make sense. Approachable and friendly. Great service without the hardsell approach. I didn't need to use them in the end but the whole process from enquiry to cancellation was excellent.
