Good value and service Was a bit concerned when booking as the old adage "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" sprang to mind. However, I cannot fault the service I received. Communication was excellent. Delivery made as promised. The car, while a bit older, ran well and it not being pristine was a bit of a relief when driving through some of the single track lanes in Wales and having to squeeze up into a hedge! Will definitely use Humble Hire again.

Wow - Outstanding customer service Wow, blown away by the customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my hire car at 1220am on the day the car was due to be dropped off. Jamie replied 40 minutes later at 1am telling me that it was not a problem and that I’d receive a full refund….. a full refund!!! Name me another company that not only allows you to cancel anytime but then gives you all your money back???? The no problem attitude really was a breath of fresh air and was welcomed at the time allowing me one less thing to worry about at a stressful time. Should I ever need a car again I will definitely be using Humble. Highly recommended.

Car hire you might think you could only dream of Jamie absolutely saved our bacon when our car wouldn’t start and we were due to leave for a holiday. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating and could get a car to us within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening. No problem about taking dogs, no complicated forms - and he was amazingly nice about changes to the arrangements. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Such a welcome change to deal with a helpful and friendly person rather than another call centre.

Customer friendly company that understands what people need when hiring a car. By accident I came across Humble-hire and was amazed at the idea that Humble-hire had, cars with a few scratches etc. The worst thing to hiring a new car from one of the renown hire companies is worrying about getting dents and scratches, damage on the alloys, taking photos as a precaution. After talking with Jamie and hearing the concept of Humble-hire I booked a car which will be delivered to my address (just fantastic) and was extremely happy how easy everything was. Humble Hire - Amazing!! Humble hire - what an amazing company! We hired Vauxhall Astra for two days... full tank, very clean car in a great condition! The communication was fantastic as well. The whole experience went smoothly and I will definitely be coming back. It was my first time hiring a car and I couldn't choose a better place for it. Highly recommended!!
