Wow - Outstanding customer service Wow, blown away by the customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my hire car at 1220am on the day the car was due to be dropped off. Jamie replied 40 minutes later at 1am telling me that it was not a problem and that I’d receive a full refund….. a full refund!!! Name me another company that not only allows you to cancel anytime but then gives you all your money back???? The no problem attitude really was a breath of fresh air and was welcomed at the time allowing me one less thing to worry about at a stressful time. Should I ever need a car again I will definitely be using Humble. Highly recommended.

After having my car stolen and used up… After having my car stolen and used up allowance for car hire with enterprise I needed one more week and tried humble.. what a friendly, personable service. Very accommodating to say the least. I ordered for full week but didn’t need the full 7 days.. no quarms to return two days back without questions.. he came to house to pick it up. So easy and stress free such a lovely guy very genuine. Highly recommend this company from a woman’s perspective too.

Great company and service… Hired a car for my daughter to use whilst visiting from Canada over the Christmas period. Great car hire Hired a Vauxhall Astra for a long weekend trip and the car was great - clean and easy to drive. Communication was good with amazing local delivery/pick up process taking all the stress out of car hire. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!
