How a company earns a customer! I won’t get into details, but my family had a medical emergency after parking with The Parking Spot at the Buffalo Airport. We had to return from the airport a few hours after being dropped off by our Parking Spot shuttle driver. This company treated our situation with attention and respect from the driver through to the administration. They have earned a customer for life.

Best Shuttle service! The shuttle to/from airport is running constantly. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes to be picked up or dropped off. The shuttle bus is clean. The driver is friendly, polite, and helpful. The lot is securely locked and extra measures are taken to keep your car secure while you are away.

LOVE this place LOVE this place! Great app, easy streamlined process, and even a complimentary bottle of water at checkout. It makes frequent travel so much easier, I highly recommend it!

Excellent Staff and service were excellent. Close to the airport, easy to access from I95, safe environment. We had flight cancelled but were able to exit and return under the same reservation the next day. A+++

Even though we arrived late in the… Even though we arrived late in the evening on our way back to STL, the Parking Spot shuttle was there so we didn't have to wait long to get back to our car after a long day of travel. The shuttle drivers that took us to/from the airport were so friendly and courteous. There was a QR code for tipping the drivers which I appreciated, as I don't tend to travel with cash anymore.
