CAHow a company earns a customer! I won’t get into details, but my family had a medical emergency after parking with The Parking Spot at the Buffalo Airport. We had to return from the airport a few hours after being dropped off by our Parking Spot shuttle driver. This company treated our situation with attention and respect from the driver through to the administration. They have earned a customer for life.

GBExcellent Staff and service were excellent. Close to the airport, easy to access from I95, safe environment. We had flight cancelled but were able to exit and return under the same reservation the next day. A+++

GBNo shuttle from airport for over 30 minutes. Came in late (midnight) and waited over 30 minutes for pickup by transfer bus. No one answered the phone (I tried calling 4 times) so I couldn't get a shuttle sent to pick me up. 25+ people waiting for shuttle, their app showed 1 shuttle at gas station, the other shuttle was offline until we finally got in contact with the office. Then I was charged a full day after departing at 1:30am. Don't use the Austin branch.

GBSlow, expensive, and very few shuttles. This company is going downhill. They run less shuttles than they used to here at PIT. It’s over 20 minutes between each pickup at the airport. They can often not accommodate everyone waiting on the small bus. We literally saw 3 Globe shuttles while waiting for Parking Spot. I’ll definitely use them next time even though we have a corporate “discount” at parking spot. I’ll be letting our management know about our miserable experience here. Prices are higher with slower service and fewer shuttles. Edit: Now when I click the url they provided it takes me to a real estate site.
