The Parking Spot is Awesome The Parking Spot makes it easy to make online reservations, has easy access to their facility, and has buses running often. I like that you are not waiting more than five minutes to be picked up at their facility or the airport. It's even nicer that the buses are easy to locate. Friendly drivers, always willing to help with luggage. We use The Parking Spot 3-4 times a year and have not been disappointed.The Premium Covered Parking is the way to go!

Smooth Experience I am always able to get in and out smoothly without issues or delay. The few times I needed to call someone, they answered and were helpful. The prices are fair and my car has never had any issues while sitting in their lot. I always go to the parking spot when I travel out of town.

No shuttle from airport for over 30 minutes. Came in late (midnight) and waited over 30 minutes for pickup by transfer bus. No one answered the phone (I tried calling 4 times) so I couldn't get a shuttle sent to pick me up. 25+ people waiting for shuttle, their app showed 1 shuttle at gas station, the other shuttle was offline until we finally got in contact with the office. Then I was charged a full day after departing at 1:30am. Don't use the Austin branch.

The worst Shuttle drop-off Got in for my reservation 5 minutes earlier but shuttle wasted over 16minutes picking up other passengers and eventually dropped me after 30minutes of my pickup. I missed my flight due to this merry-go round. The worst shuttle drop-off experience. AVOID The Parking Spot SERVICES OR RISK MISSING YOUR FLIGHTS/APPOINTMENT!

How a company earns a customer! I won’t get into details, but my family had a medical emergency after parking with The Parking Spot at the Buffalo Airport. We had to return from the airport a few hours after being dropped off by our Parking Spot shuttle driver. This company treated our situation with attention and respect from the driver through to the administration. They have earned a customer for life.
