The worst Shuttle drop-off Got in for my reservation 5 minutes earlier but shuttle wasted over 16minutes picking up other passengers and eventually dropped me after 30minutes of my pickup. I missed my flight due to this merry-go round. The worst shuttle drop-off experience. AVOID The Parking Spot SERVICES OR RISK MISSING YOUR FLIGHTS/APPOINTMENT!

Customer focused. Exceptional service. Booking online was a breeze, with full clarity on prices and available discounts. Shuttle to and from airport was prompt and easily trackable on the app. Staff are friendly and very courteous. Definitely will use again and recommend highly.

Even though we arrived late in the… Even though we arrived late in the evening on our way back to STL, the Parking Spot shuttle was there so we didn't have to wait long to get back to our car after a long day of travel. The shuttle drivers that took us to/from the airport were so friendly and courteous. There was a QR code for tipping the drivers which I appreciated, as I don't tend to travel with cash anymore.
