Slow, expensive, and very few shuttles. This company is going downhill. They run less shuttles than they used to here at PIT. It’s over 20 minutes between each pickup at the airport. They can often not accommodate everyone waiting on the small bus. We literally saw 3 Globe shuttles while waiting for Parking Spot. I’ll definitely use them next time even though we have a corporate “discount” at parking spot. I’ll be letting our management know about our miserable experience here. Prices are higher with slower service and fewer shuttles. Edit: Now when I click the url they provided it takes me to a real estate site.

Extremely please with the Parking Spot I have used The Parking Spot in the past and I am always impressed with the fast pick up both at the parking spot lot and the airport. The shuttle operators have always been helpful and very friendly

Best Shuttle service! The shuttle to/from airport is running constantly. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes to be picked up or dropped off. The shuttle bus is clean. The driver is friendly, polite, and helpful. The lot is securely locked and extra measures are taken to keep your car secure while you are away.

Always an easy and great experience Ability to reserve online and pay in advance. Easy check-in and easy check out. Shuttle is always on time and very professional drivers.

Even though we arrived late in the… Even though we arrived late in the evening on our way back to STL, the Parking Spot shuttle was there so we didn't have to wait long to get back to our car after a long day of travel. The shuttle drivers that took us to/from the airport were so friendly and courteous. There was a QR code for tipping the drivers which I appreciated, as I don't tend to travel with cash anymore.
