GBAbsolutely the WORST experience ever Absolutely the WORST experience ever! No indication of price but I figured I was going 1 mile it wouldn’t be that expensive.. I goggle it and Google said .35/minute. It took me 5 minutes to just get the thing the work!!! And then when we rode it took another 5 minutes to find a place to park it in the “zone”. I was charged .85/minute!!! Which needed you being $17 plus, and since it was me and another person it was times 2!!! When I tried to contact them I got a statement saying it “clearly says .85/min” that is not true… and on to of that the receipt said 41 miles!!! In 20 mins? Impossible!!! This is totally wrong and they overcharge without a way of contacting them you’re basically screwed…

GBScooter didn't work - information sold Scooter didn't work. Requires you to add $ to account and prepay instead of pay as you. Worst part is your information will be sold to third parties. Within hours of signing up for this ap, I started receiving solicitation phone calls. Just don't do it.

GBBest project of 2018. Helbiz project is the best project of 2018 according to my view. The project idea is incredible, the team is also professional and reputable. Helbiz car lock demo image is already released and beta testing within this June. The first Helbiz car will be brought in public even where people can even test it with Helbiz P2P application. HelbizPay may also in action soon. P2P application launching is in this July in LA, US. I would like to recommend this project to anyone without a second thought. Love Helbiz!

GBZero stars Zero stars. Wife and I used 2 scooters same time. No issues with hers. Mine. Wouldn't start after pushing off. 5 mins later, it "magically" started working. Both ended on the app, it asked for a picture of the locked scooter. App said it was fully ended, showed charges around $8 each. 2hrs later, there's another extra charge for $50.01. it attempted to charge same amount 3 more times. Which were declined by my bank, and they called me for the alert. I didn't authorize any more billing, and I was done. Used in DC area. Bank was nice and refused the payments, and gave me my money back, except for the $8 that was correct. Tried to contact Helbiz, no response. This is unacceptable business practice.
