Great Customer Service For some strange reason, my client's car reservation was cancelled. Not by me, nor by the client. When I rebooked the car, the price came out slightly higher by $19.00 CAD. I spoke to GARWAYNE, who took the initiative to apply payment, since the original booking was already credited and arranged for the price to remain the same, Great initiative on his part, and he understands the true meaning of customer service. If there is a rate reduction between time of booking and time of travel they always let me know and adjust the rate with a refund.'

Booking trough them for past 20 years… Booking trough them for past 20 years or more. The best, always, informative, and easy process. My second rental this year, actually third, couldn't avail- consume the first one , as wife & I contracted Covid and had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I called in but they wouldn't refund or credit, and had to pay again unless I produced doctor note. That was definitely disappointing, considering that they did not have to pay the actual provider. Big company like this should amend their policy for their faithful customers. Still hoping they will contact me and reverse charge for something that was not consumed. Cheers, Albin Skodic

GREAT RENTAL, AMAZING PRICE Better prices here than anywhere else when selecting the highest level of insurance when comparing from Canada. Easy pick and drop off on-site, any questions answered by AutoEurope or Hertz (the rental company). We drove from Paris to Belgium and the Netherlands with no problems. Clear and succinct fee and coverage structure so we know what was and what wasn't covered (see the "what's not covered" tab when selecting a car). We will use AutoEurope again for our next trip and recommend this website to all our friends. 10/10 :)

Helpful and Courteous Service I had previously booked a car rental in April went to check prices today and i was able to get a bigger vehicle for less cost. I called Auto Europe and spoke with Markus C, he was so helpful and courteous in dealing with modifying my reservation and issuing a refund for the difference. Very impressed with the sevice Markus C. provided today.
