There was only one little snafu - the radio would come on at various times completely unsolicited. It was extremely difficult to turn off. The driver was annoyed by this disturbance. When we told the person in the office she said she has had this complaint before and it would never happen when she was trying to show her boss. Believe me, it happened almost every time we were in the car. That was the only problem we encountered, Gas was really expensive in CA and some parts of NV, but you cannot do a thing about that - almost $100 a fillup.

PRThis company is so bad This company is so bad. They quote $30/day but the required charges end up being $80/day. Their practices are borderline unethical. The customer experience is dismal so you might as well go ahead and pay for Enterprise.

GBMisleading prices Prior to our arrival in Cancun, the website promised a $150 refundable deposit and did not mention a required insurance payment. We were under the impression that we would only be paying the $50 car rental fee and the refundable $150 deposit. However the information was highly misleading because when we arrived there, we were told we had to pay an additional insurance fee of $250 as well as a $500 refundable deposit. This was a negative experience on our honeymoon and our next trip we will not be using this car rental service. Your company should be more transparent with their prices since we had to budget and save for this trip and additional charges caused a great hardship for us.

GBDo not use this company! This company was trying to charge me another $600 for insurance and rental deposit. I already paid for insurance and they wouldn't listen. I never ended up getting the car that I already paid for and I ended up having to pay for transportation repeatedly on my trip. Overall this company cost me hundreds of dollars and caused lots of stress! If I could give no stars I would have but you have to give at least 1. I will never rent from this company again!

GBPricing through Expedia reservation did… Pricing through Expedia reservation did not mention insurance required in Costa Rica. I bought the $11/day insurance from Expedia - which I hope to get refunded - that was not adequate. $1/day rental turned into $35/day plus a $500 hold on my credit card released upon returning the car.
