GBGreat customer service I was admittedly nervous booking through expedia and then discovering my rental car was not at the reno airport, but a 5 minute drive away or 48 minute walk. The people who work there are so friendly and easy going though! They drove me back to the airport in the sane car so I didn't have to unload the car and then load all my luggage up in a shuttle. Two days before I picked up the car the weather also went from sunny to chance of snow and it was so easy calling them up to upgrade to an and vehicle! Would definitely use em again!

GBThe individuals who checked me in and… The individuals who checked me in and out were very professional and kind. The automobile ran fine and provided amenities that helped combat the cold. The passenger side bump, where the feet are, was very uncomfortable. It caused my wife to contort her body which gave her some pains in her hips and back. It has been over 3 days and I haven’t received the money withheld when I rented the car.

GBGreat Service and Five-Star-Fleet I could not be happier with the service and hospitality I received from Rent-A-Wreck in Reno. They were the only company that had a 15 passenger van available during the dates I needed one. To make things more challenging for them, my flight arrived after their office was closed but Jerry accommodated my request to leave the rental at a safe location ready for me to pick up. All I had to do was take an Uber to it (small compromise I was okay with). The vehicle was clean and in great condition. All in all, I will definitely use this company again next year when I come to Reno.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service. Easily accessible. Great prices. I went to Puerto Rico for about a week and didn’t want the hassle of finding a ride or the varying taxi prices. I looked at all the well known companies but I wasn’t about to pay their prices lol. I decided to check out Rent-A-Wreck because their prices were low. Although the name sounded sus I went with them anyway and just like all the other companies their process was the same. They had great customer service. I wish I remember the gentleman’s name but I don’t… he had the best tip, in Puerto Rico they have a lot of bridges and you have to pay tow he offered to have it included when we got the car and that was helpful because we didn’t have to stress about it when we went exploring all over. If you’re looking for an inexpensive car this is the place. I felt bad for everyone staying at hotels getting charged an arm and a leg to go 5 minutes away or to go to the rainforests to walk around when you can do that for free and the only thing you’d pay is the park fee. Anyway, check them out for yourselves but it made things easy for us especially being able to go grocery shopping, dinner, and touring whenever we wanted. All the best ✅

CAPrice and terms and conditions not respected They deal with a third party that does not honor the terms and conditions listed by rent-a-wreck. I was asked to pay between 300$ and 500$ USD more for insurance coverages. No other rental company in Costa Rica has forced me to take out insurance other than third party liability (which is supposed to be included in the price you pay through rent-a-wreck. I chose this company because the deposit was supposed to be of 250$ maximum (again, as per the terms and conditions of Rent-a-Wreck). However, the third party was asking for 500$ up to 3000$. Be aware that the price quoted on this website is not what you will end up paying. Do not pay in advance if you wish to complete a reservation.
