GBPick up, and drop off Very timely outside the airport, and very short, but well done check of the rental vehicle to label all of the scratches prior to my taking off with the vehicle. The Subaru ran very well, had plenty of space, and was a fun vehicle to run over the mountains and Lake Tahoe.

GBDo not use this company! This company was trying to charge me another $600 for insurance and rental deposit. I already paid for insurance and they wouldn't listen. I never ended up getting the car that I already paid for and I ended up having to pay for transportation repeatedly on my trip. Overall this company cost me hundreds of dollars and caused lots of stress! If I could give no stars I would have but you have to give at least 1. I will never rent from this company again!

GBCar was great, not ready on reservation day Car was great, however it was not ready until the second day we were there. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal, but it would’ve been nice to have taken delivery of my car on day one The staff was fantastic.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service. Easily accessible. Great prices. I went to Puerto Rico for about a week and didn’t want the hassle of finding a ride or the varying taxi prices. I looked at all the well known companies but I wasn’t about to pay their prices lol. I decided to check out Rent-A-Wreck because their prices were low. Although the name sounded sus I went with them anyway and just like all the other companies their process was the same. They had great customer service. I wish I remember the gentleman’s name but I don’t… he had the best tip, in Puerto Rico they have a lot of bridges and you have to pay tow he offered to have it included when we got the car and that was helpful because we didn’t have to stress about it when we went exploring all over. If you’re looking for an inexpensive car this is the place. I felt bad for everyone staying at hotels getting charged an arm and a leg to go 5 minutes away or to go to the rainforests to walk around when you can do that for free and the only thing you’d pay is the park fee. Anyway, check them out for yourselves but it made things easy for us especially being able to go grocery shopping, dinner, and touring whenever we wanted. All the best ✅

GBRented in Mexico with a big liability… Rented in Mexico with a big liability surprise. This has and continues to be a hidden fee in Mexico. I wasn’t the only renter in the office who was placed in a situation. I had rented though Orbitz which had liability insurance along with the rental. But was told it wasn’t enough and had to purchase the required Mexican liability insurance at the time of rental. New to me. Both priceless car rental and Orbitz pointed the finger at each other. Both said they had no control over what happens and is advertised in another country. That’s total BS. They have contracted with each other to sell and have sold these rental cars. They both know very well what the regulations are. If they don’t they should so they can tell their consumer what is required. This is a huge revenue earner at $50 a day for the Mexican rental companies. Shame on you for cheating your customers and leaving them stuck with no other alternative.
