USThe customer service was terrible and… The customer service was terrible and the young lady was being racist. She kept taking me through all these changes about insurance even though my information was on file. Also telling me the car was brand new and I would be liable for damages. I have rented from them before so was in good standing. My flight was delayed which caused me to be late to pick up the car and they charged be $15 extra per day for being late even though it was out of my control. I feel like that totally could have been waved. I will not ever rent from this establishment again. The best part about dealing with them were the drivers. They both were courteous and friendly

USThe driver didn't show up at 5:30am to… The driver didn't show up at 5:30am to take us to the airport. I was told I would be reimbursed for the lyft I had to pay for and NEVER received a reimbursement.

USThey charge 80 to keep for one day so… They charge 80 to keep for one day so every day you want to keep the car longer then planned you pay 80 extra dollars they say they charge a 350 cleaning fee if you smoke but took my whole 500 deposit in they took another 100 off my card 3 day after I turned the car in
