Great customer service i purchased there full protection thank goodness i did it was less hassle when i had flat tire i highly recommend renting from this company

They charge 80 to keep for one day so… They charge 80 to keep for one day so every day you want to keep the car longer then planned you pay 80 extra dollars they say they charge a 350 cleaning fee if you smoke but took my whole 500 deposit in they took another 100 off my card 3 day after I turned the car in

Great Company but could have been better... Overall experience was great the only reason I am not putting 5 stars was because I was told to return the car at 5AM and the location was closed and my flight was at 6AM so i was stressing the whole time about me missing my flight and what to do with the car. No instructions were given as what to do with the car if it was closed. Luckily someone showed up at 5:20 ish and I was able to return the car and I was given a ride to airport where I had to rush through security to catch my flight.

No Air Everything was good when we arrived to the business. Great customer service and fast. However when we returned the shuttle van had no air conditioning it was HORRIBLE. That five minute ride to the airport was terrible no air and my grandson literally had to change his shirt once we arrived to the airport. No one should ever adore anything like that. When we complained the drive just said sorry 😞

Great customer service! When we called for a pick-up at the airport we were told that the van was already on its way! That's service! This is a small business compared to the big name car rental agencies. But they gave us excellent and personalized service. We've rented from those big name companies before, but we did enjoy supporting this small, local business.
