The customer service was terrible and… The customer service was terrible and the young lady was being racist. She kept taking me through all these changes about insurance even though my information was on file. Also telling me the car was brand new and I would be liable for damages. I have rented from them before so was in good standing. My flight was delayed which caused me to be late to pick up the car and they charged be $15 extra per day for being late even though it was out of my control. I feel like that totally could have been waved. I will not ever rent from this establishment again. The best part about dealing with them were the drivers. They both were courteous and friendly

I Tried It and Like It I tried Mega MC because the rates were lower. I read the reviews and took a chance, even though I'd never heard of the company. It came to my surprise that everything went smoothly, from my airport shuttle pickup to checking out. My car might have needed a little servicing, but overall it ran well. We plan on a return visit to Charlotte, and if they have cars available, I will certainly give them a call.

When you make your reservation and get… When you make your reservation and get there the car you order isn’t available, so therefore you have no choice but get what they have and they won’t use your insurance said that you have to have a certain liability insurance coverage so therefore, you have to use theirs I’ve never heard of that before. And yes, they do just have people working there that do not know the cars.
