Great experience at Mega MC RAC Staff (Sabrina and Jay) were more than accomodating from airport pick-up to drop-off. This is a new RAC business, so the volume is low and you get in/out really fast. Vehicle was great; just what we needed. I just wish I could have gotten a reimbursement on my non-refundable reservation, since we delayed the changed the arrival date by three days.

Convenient and friendly service, cars not in best condition The check-in, check-out and shuttle experience were all wonderful and the cars are less than 5 minutes from the airport. The car however was in dissatisfactory condition both inside and out. Every seat was covered in stains, and there were scratches and dings all over the outside. When I asked to switch cars I was told there would be an up charge. Okay for the value, but wish the cars were better.

Great car rental prices Great car rental prices, pretty nice folks working the office. Would have given it 5 stars but the parking lot needs more lighting and some better signage at the location would be helpful. The car was great. No hassle pick up and drop off. The location is about a mile from the airport but Mega MC has a shuttle and there was virtually no waiting for pick up and drop off.
