Insurance Certificate Make sure that people understand that they need a copy of their insurance certificate. Everyone at the counter had a problem of some sort. Didn't take American Express, or debt cards. That was a problem Thankfully it was resolved. The girl at the counter was very nice and tried to accomodate.

Highly recommend Rental pickup/drop off in Vancouver, Canada. The service was excellent. I had to call in to hold my reservation with flight delays which was honored. Pickup & drop off was done timely by polite, professional staff in clean vehicles. Staff drove safely. The rental vehicle was in good condition & served well without a problem. The pricing was so much better than the high cost rentals available at the airport.

The location near Houston IAH airport…Renter Beware The location near Houston IAH airport is horrendous. They are rude, unprofessional, and a complete rip off. They don’t even have a shuttle to pick you up for the airport. I booked a 7 passenger suburban when I arrived they said it has mechanical issues, offered a smaller call that could not accommodate my party or our luggage. They then said they would come pick up 2 members of my party, rent us the smaller car, and then we could drive back to the airport and pick the rest of our party up. They were texting from a personal number asking to send a picture of my license and insurance. They were unwilling to work out anything to accommodate my party and left us at the airport and still tried to charge us for the rental. Do not use them.

No pre notice that needed to bring an… No pre notice that needed to bring an insurance card with you . Added an extra 25 per day for insurance even though i have insurance . No other rental car company has this policy. Very unprofessional staff. Rudest I’ve ever encounter. And i rent cars at least once per month. Ending price was 300% more than quoted on orbitz.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Supervisors/managers don't know what they're doing. Wanted to extend my rental and was charged twice as much. Insurance policy is ridiculous - they "force" you to use their insurance even when you have supporting document when you want to use your own insurance. Never again. Terrible car rental company.
