GBDon't make your customers wait two… Don't make your customers wait two hours to rent a vehicle and let them know up front they need an insurance policy page. In addition, let them know they need a huge deposit to rent a vehicle. Lastly, clean up the building, it's dirty.

GBUnexpected conditions in the contract. They never show in detail all the charges about the mandatory insurance of 29 dollars per day also if you already paid the 10 dollars insurance online. They didn’t tell nothing about the 15 dollars of tolls per day and their policies of penalize you if you don’t use it. Finally you have to wait like 20 minutes per customer in the front desk, I think is because anyone wanted to accept those conditions.

GBI have been renting vehicles for 50… I have been renting vehicles for 50 years and have never had to pay additional auto insurance until Next Car. My insurance agent said we were covered up to $100,000 but Next Car would not accept it and made us pay an additional $149.00. When I tried to get a refund I was told that once I signed the contract I could not get a refund. I had already paid for the car through Priceline and I had been waiting for an hour to get the car. It was an expensive lesson learned but I will not be returning to next Car again.

GBThe process to get the car took an hour… The process to get the car took an hour to an hour and a half and I found the process very inefficient and cumbersome. The shuttle was very inconvenient. Upon return, we almost missed our flight because it took so long for a shuttle to return from the airport to take us to the terminal. Fees for toll roads were not disclosed upon reservation which was very frustrating and added additional fees. Overall very disappointed and probably wouldn’t use this company again.

CAThe staff were not friendly The staff were not friendly, I have rental car insurance on my credit card and my own personal car insurance that I pay extra for for out of country rental cars and I was made to pay for insurance for the car. When I tried to explain he would cut me off and not even let me speak. I would have canceled it but I needed the car to get to my destination.
