GBDon't make your customers wait two… Don't make your customers wait two hours to rent a vehicle and let them know up front they need an insurance policy page. In addition, let them know they need a huge deposit to rent a vehicle. Lastly, clean up the building, it's dirty.

GBThe location near Houston IAH airport…Renter Beware The location near Houston IAH airport is horrendous. They are rude, unprofessional, and a complete rip off. They don’t even have a shuttle to pick you up for the airport. I booked a 7 passenger suburban when I arrived they said it has mechanical issues, offered a smaller call that could not accommodate my party or our luggage. They then said they would come pick up 2 members of my party, rent us the smaller car, and then we could drive back to the airport and pick the rest of our party up. They were texting from a personal number asking to send a picture of my license and insurance. They were unwilling to work out anything to accommodate my party and left us at the airport and still tried to charge us for the rental. Do not use them.

GBDo not rent from this company they scam… Do not rent from this company they scam you. I brought my car insurance declaration page as instructed which I have great coverage on it. They claim that insurance company which was Plymouth Rock a well none company they don't use their insurance. I had to purchase Next Car company insurance or I couldn't get the rent a car. It cost me an additional $450.00 a week for insurance then they told me I had to my the toll responder or couldn't drive on the highway for another additional $100.00.

GBSeems like a catch Seems like a catch, you guys offer this good deal and when you getting on the place there are a lots of requirements, about what insurance company you have. Its kind pushing you to get yours insurance that sometimes it is more expensive than the rent itself. Also the quality of the cars are bad. Worn-out cars and sometimes not very clean. Not talking about the rudeness of the counter personal treating you like a tug.

UACharged double the initial price The car was good but the communication process around insurance cost was terrible. I paid $150 at the checkout, where nothing was saying about the additional costs I’d have to pay on site. I ended up paying $300 nonrefundable. It’s a ripoff.
