USNo pre notice that needed to bring an… No pre notice that needed to bring an insurance card with you . Added an extra 25 per day for insurance even though i have insurance . No other rental car company has this policy. Very unprofessional staff. Rudest I’ve ever encounter. And i rent cars at least once per month. Ending price was 300% more than quoted on orbitz.

USDon't make your customers wait two… Don't make your customers wait two hours to rent a vehicle and let them know up front they need an insurance policy page. In addition, let them know they need a huge deposit to rent a vehicle. Lastly, clean up the building, it's dirty.

USGood service and cars, but hidden fees This is my first time using Nextcar in CRC, the people and the quality of the car is good. But hope the company can be more informative about CRC mandatory car insurance. I booked via Expedia, but not happy with Expedia about not disclosing about CRC mandatory car insurance. It was a surprise during car pickup time that they required 30 per day extra to pay the insurance even though I have extra insurance by an international auto insurance provider. So, beware follow travelers about this hidden cost auto renting in CRC. not sure about the actual CRC gov. rule on this if it is mandatory or not. So, my expectation both Nextcar and Expedia should let us know what is actual cost. Otherwise, it is at good location, people are nice and cars are good.

USThe process to get the car took an hour… The process to get the car took an hour to an hour and a half and I found the process very inefficient and cumbersome. The shuttle was very inconvenient. Upon return, we almost missed our flight because it took so long for a shuttle to return from the airport to take us to the terminal. Fees for toll roads were not disclosed upon reservation which was very frustrating and added additional fees. Overall very disappointed and probably wouldn’t use this company again.

USInsurance Certificate Make sure that people understand that they need a copy of their insurance certificate. Everyone at the counter had a problem of some sort. Didn't take American Express, or debt cards. That was a problem Thankfully it was resolved. The girl at the counter was very nice and tried to accomodate.
