GBThis is the worst car rental company This is the worst car rental company. I rented through Expedia and paid the amount in total. Nope, when I got there, the extremely arrogant men there wanted to charge me an additional $250 saying what I had paid already were"Expedia's charges". Then they MANDATED that I get their insurance, even though I declined through Expedia. And that was an additional $50 per day. Then a security fee of $250. So no, I will never rent from this company and will widely post and send reviews about how awful this company is.

GBWe had a good experience. The staff was very friendly. The car was in very good condition. Navigating the pick-up process was a little confusing, but everyone communicated the process well. You just had to make sure you asked questions. Drop off procedure was the same; we called in advance and got explicit directions for drop off, so it went smoothly.

CAI booked car rental on travelocity.com… I booked car rental on travelocity.com and paid full amount upfront. Since my credit car and insurance company from work covers liability and collision I decided not to pay for insurance when booked car rental on travelocity.com. When I arrived at the location to pick up the car, I was told I was forced to purchase insurance. Also, when I booked on travelocity.com, it specified that I will have Volkswagen Jetta. When I arrived at the car rental I was told they never had Volkswagen Jetta. The add on travelocity is misleading.

GBPrice doubled from what I expected The additional charges I experienced were not clearly explained before I booked. The sound was garbled and not being able to see the words I was agreeing to before I signed led to misunderstandings that more than doubled the price I was expecting. Charging more due to my age I felt was discriminatory. I will not use you again and warn others of your practices.

GBLate pick-up fee, Rude, Long wait for shuttle Due to flight cancelation and rescheduling we arrived at the Priceless office four hours late. We had prepaid for a week-long rental. We were charged a $50 late pick-up fee. When we tried to get an explanation as to why it mattered, since it was prepaid (and we called and advised Priceless we would be late) the lady at the counter said, "Do you want the car or not?" We also had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle van to take us to the office.
