NLI canceled the car when I went to pick… I canceled the car when I went to pick it up as the extra charges and insurances made it far too expensive. In Europe all charges and costs must be at least advertised before booking , not in Costa Rica. Advertised as 2.80 per day which I knew would mean extra costs upon picking up but the final bill was over 340 dollars inc insurance etc. I canceled as it was not worth the cost.

GBThis company lies This company lies! We booked on Orbitz which took our AMEX to book and when we arrived they told us they don't accept American Express. Then they told us they would not let us use our own car insurance. They required us to purchase theirs for hundreds of dollars more than our car rental. They have the scam down. Charge a very low base rate for the car and then rip off customers with a required "insurance". NEVER EVER book here!!!! We left the office and had to get an uber back to the airport to get a car from a reputable company - Hertz.

GBThe insurance was a surprise but I… The insurance was a surprise but I booked via a third party so I don't blame them. The vehicle was new and reasonably priced. Service wise I had no issues. The issue I had was the location was incorrect on Expedia so I had to walk two blocks.

CAGreat service ! I had great customer service for sure! the car I rented initially had some issues but it was resolve quickly customer service is great and I was treated right . Would recommend and rent again in the near future

GBI like that we got a good car for the… I like that we got a good car for the initially quoted price. What could be improved - we expected a subcompact but got a large sedan, it took us about 3 hours to get the car including 2 shuttles, a long registration line, and a pretty inconvenient garage to get in and out.
