GBThe location was way off the airport The location was way off the airport. When we got to the location, they started to add on extra fees. I had bought the extra insurance upon booking, they said that didn’t cover everything and they didn’t take our own insurance. They wanted to pre charge for toll fees. When I questioned the extra insurance, they said, “you can just cancel”. I asked about a refund, they said you’ll have to thru the renting agency. We cancelled, finally got back to the airport and rented from Enterprise. Less learned!!

GBDeceiving. Deceiving! After I booked a car with expedia.com, I proceeded to pick up my vehicle. I originally chose a vehicle with unlimited miles. When I arrived, the Priceless Car Rental representative said I only had 50 miles allowed per day. Since I was not ok with that, they canceled my booking. I was not able to get a refund and continue to fight for my money back. Priceless Car Rental representative had no concern and no answer for my issue but to call expedia. Horrible service and experience.

CAGreat service ! I had great customer service for sure! the car I rented initially had some issues but it was resolve quickly customer service is great and I was treated right . Would recommend and rent again in the near future

GBThe entire rental process was seamless… The entire rental process was seamless and efficient. I was able to preload info through QR code so my time at the counter was minimal. Additionally, the drop off was just as easy. The best part was the $80 I paid for the entire week for the car.

GBI like that we got a good car for the… I like that we got a good car for the initially quoted price. What could be improved - we expected a subcompact but got a large sedan, it took us about 3 hours to get the car including 2 shuttles, a long registration line, and a pretty inconvenient garage to get in and out.
