GBPrice doubled from what I expected The additional charges I experienced were not clearly explained before I booked. The sound was garbled and not being able to see the words I was agreeing to before I signed led to misunderstandings that more than doubled the price I was expecting. Charging more due to my age I felt was discriminatory. I will not use you again and warn others of your practices.

GBThe insurance was a surprise but I… The insurance was a surprise but I booked via a third party so I don't blame them. The vehicle was new and reasonably priced. Service wise I had no issues. The issue I had was the location was incorrect on Expedia so I had to walk two blocks.

GBI like that we got a good car for the… I like that we got a good car for the initially quoted price. What could be improved - we expected a subcompact but got a large sedan, it took us about 3 hours to get the car including 2 shuttles, a long registration line, and a pretty inconvenient garage to get in and out.

GBOne person running the desk and washing… One person running the desk and washing cars in the entire branch. Confusion between Expedia insurance and the company policy on insurance. Old, dirty car. Off site location from airport not advertised. Scary location. No one will answer the phone. Although they have a shuttle service to the airport you have no way of knowing. Bad experience, I will not use your services again.

NLI canceled the car when I went to pick… I canceled the car when I went to pick it up as the extra charges and insurances made it far too expensive. In Europe all charges and costs must be at least advertised before booking , not in Costa Rica. Advertised as 2.80 per day which I knew would mean extra costs upon picking up but the final bill was over 340 dollars inc insurance etc. I canceled as it was not worth the cost.
