GBWas trapped to buy third party… Was trapped to buy third party insurance and freeway toll. Been renting from other companies for years and never have to buy insurance. I have full coverage from StateFarm and have EZ pass online account so there was no need for them to charge me again for another over $200 after I paid the regular rental charge online. I will never rent from this company ever again.

GBDeceiving. Deceiving! After I booked a car with expedia.com, I proceeded to pick up my vehicle. I originally chose a vehicle with unlimited miles. When I arrived, the Priceless Car Rental representative said I only had 50 miles allowed per day. Since I was not ok with that, they canceled my booking. I was not able to get a refund and continue to fight for my money back. Priceless Car Rental representative had no concern and no answer for my issue but to call expedia. Horrible service and experience.

CAGreat service ! I had great customer service for sure! the car I rented initially had some issues but it was resolve quickly customer service is great and I was treated right . Would recommend and rent again in the near future

GBThe insurance was a surprise but I… The insurance was a surprise but I booked via a third party so I don't blame them. The vehicle was new and reasonably priced. Service wise I had no issues. The issue I had was the location was incorrect on Expedia so I had to walk two blocks.

GBPricelesscarrental.com Hidden Fees I made the reservation online through the same vendor, not a third party. I paid in full. However, once I got to the rental office, I was charged another $96 in taxes and fees. This was not disclosed when paying online on their site. I could have gotten a better deal and made a different choice had the full amount been given to me at check out. I will never rent from them again.
