Excellent service hands down :) Excellent service hands down! Matt worked with me to find a coach bus for a school trip short notice. Nationwide was also very lenient of receiving payment, even with a wire transfer! They were very compassionate and understanding that this was a big school trip. They also stayed in the parking lot while most companies disappear and leave attendees stranded. Our other bus from a different company left while Nationwide's driver stayed in the lot the entire day and waited for us to come back. They truly know how it is to work with a school. I highly recommend.

We booked a charter for my daughters… We booked a charter for my daughters 21st birthday party. From the booking of the trip, to the pick up and the drop off everything went to plan. Driver was courtesy and professional. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Great customer service! The Nationwide Bus Charter team was extremely helpful in making sure we secured the best busses for our event and guests. The drivers were on-time and pleasant to work with. When a guest accidently left a bag on the bus, the Nationwide team was there to assist and make sure the bag was retrieved by the owner.
