Great customer service! The Nationwide Bus Charter team was extremely helpful in making sure we secured the best busses for our event and guests. The drivers were on-time and pleasant to work with. When a guest accidently left a bag on the bus, the Nationwide team was there to assist and make sure the bag was retrieved by the owner. Everything was good in entire our two… Everything was good in entire our two days trip. only thing that I want to point out Bus Driver should not rush to bring back home. all passengers were fallowing rules and were on time. we suppose to leave the last point at 2.30PM and Bus driver made us leave at 2.00. because he wanted to go home early. other than that, everything was wonderful. Hired Nationwide this weekend! Hired Nationwide this weekend for a last minute baseball tourney. Bus arrived early, driver was personable and made everyone feel comfortable. Bus was also extremely clean, great option for families not wanting to drive far for a sporting event.
