Great customer service! The Nationwide Bus Charter team was extremely helpful in making sure we secured the best busses for our event and guests. The drivers were on-time and pleasant to work with. When a guest accidently left a bag on the bus, the Nationwide team was there to assist and make sure the bag was retrieved by the owner. One of the best charter companies. I will start with how awesome Matt Buscemi is with finding the available vehicle, communicating with me, and being very informative. There were lots of obstacles to jump though, yet, Nick Cianciaruso and Matt just make it happen. I strongly recommend this company for your trips.

Great for a large group! When traveling with a large group of teenagers, every detail counts, and Nationwide made it really easy to book and make changes when needed. Matt Buscemi was an enormous help and was flexible with our organization regarding payment, which was appreciated considering that we're a non-profit organization. When I needed to change pick-up locations, they did it without issue. The bus experience itself was pleasant, and I'm always in awe at how skilled bus drivers are in navigating traffic, especially in the NYC area. The coach seats were also really comfortable and roomy. Our first driver was delayed by 15 minutes, but it didn't matter that much in our schedule since we budgeted for wiggle room. The second driver was really nice and I appreciated that he worked with me to get to the pick-up spot where our group was located. Definitely planning on using them again in the future!

Nationwide was a lifesaver! I am a parent of a special needs daughter who cheers on a cheerabilites cheer team of 24 athletes. We arrived in Dallas Texas with our competition transportation already booked and paid in full. The night before our competition the transportation company that we already paid for canceled our contract. Panicked and frustrated we began calling other companies . We got the angels from Nationwide Bus Charter. From Paul to Cassandra to Nick their entire team and the drivers went above and beyond when providing customer service. We went from having a company take advantage of a team of special needs athletes to a company that was willing to step in at the very last minute and provide us everything we needed. Their eagerness to help was comforting. There is so much I want to say about Nationwide but I would be here all day. I do have to mention that the bus was clean and very comfortable and both of our drivers were friendly and polite. If you need a trustworthy company to transport you please call Nationwide!

Excellent service hands down :) Excellent service hands down! Matt worked with me to find a coach bus for a school trip short notice. Nationwide was also very lenient of receiving payment, even with a wire transfer! They were very compassionate and understanding that this was a big school trip. They also stayed in the parking lot while most companies disappear and leave attendees stranded. Our other bus from a different company left while Nationwide's driver stayed in the lot the entire day and waited for us to come back. They truly know how it is to work with a school. I highly recommend.
