Great customer service! The Nationwide Bus Charter team was extremely helpful in making sure we secured the best busses for our event and guests. The drivers were on-time and pleasant to work with. When a guest accidently left a bag on the bus, the Nationwide team was there to assist and make sure the bag was retrieved by the owner. Great for a large group! When traveling with a large group of teenagers, every detail counts, and Nationwide made it really easy to book and make changes when needed. Matt Buscemi was an enormous help and was flexible with our organization regarding payment, which was appreciated considering that we're a non-profit organization. When I needed to change pick-up locations, they did it without issue. The bus experience itself was pleasant, and I'm always in awe at how skilled bus drivers are in navigating traffic, especially in the NYC area. The coach seats were also really comfortable and roomy. Our first driver was delayed by 15 minutes, but it didn't matter that much in our schedule since we budgeted for wiggle room. The second driver was really nice and I appreciated that he worked with me to get to the pick-up spot where our group was located. Definitely planning on using them again in the future!
