Excellent service hands down :) Excellent service hands down! Matt worked with me to find a coach bus for a school trip short notice. Nationwide was also very lenient of receiving payment, even with a wire transfer! They were very compassionate and understanding that this was a big school trip. They also stayed in the parking lot while most companies disappear and leave attendees stranded. Our other bus from a different company left while Nationwide's driver stayed in the lot the entire day and waited for us to come back. They truly know how it is to work with a school. I highly recommend.

Everything was good in entire our two… Everything was good in entire our two days trip. only thing that I want to point out Bus Driver should not rush to bring back home. all passengers were fallowing rules and were on time. we suppose to leave the last point at 2.30PM and Bus driver made us leave at 2.00. because he wanted to go home early. other than that, everything was wonderful. Excellent driver Our driver Allen was punctual and courteous. He was easy to contact after the concert , and met us in a safe and convenient spot. The van was immaculate and even had water for our ride home. Renting the van from Nationwide Bus Charter was worth every penny!

He was professional the entire time, kept me posted along the way, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what we needed...which was a huge ask. I highly recommend having him by your side for any travel plans, regardless of how big or small they may be. Top-notch experience all around.
