They refused my license and i immediately ask for a refund and contated this application/wbsite directly and untill today the 6th of JULY i yet to receive my refunds. THEY ARE A SCAM. GBThe very process of collecting a car… The very process of collecting a car was all right, but had some difficulties with refueling. I booked a “full-to-full” option and returned a full tank, but still was charged an additional $15. Hope, I will get my refund, as I have already called a customer support agent and they promised to resolve it asap. The staff member was polite and friendly, seemed like they really wanted to help me even with such a minor issue. In fact, Rental24h.com did their best to make my experience with them smooth and sleek!

GBScammers Don't choose this company to rent car. If you change your mind 4 min after booking, because you discover you need to have credit card to collect your car, this company charges you 85£! (information about credit card appears after payment). It was happened to my husband. Car booked on Monday to collect on Wednesday Customer service useless. Looks like scammers or fraud. And this is not a true that other rental companies has the same terms and conditions. We rented car without credit card, using debit card and wasn't any problems.

GBWorst car rental company I have ever… Worst car rental company I have ever used and I rent cars 30+ weeks a year. I reserved a van at the Venice Italy airport, my flight was delayed 3 hours and when I arrived they had already given my van away. They were out of cars so I had to rent at a different rental agency at the airport. I returned home to find the full week's rental for the van charged to my AMEX. When I called to dispute they said I was a "no show" so their contract states that shows will be charged the full rental fee. I explained I did arrive and they did not have a van or any car for me. They said sorry, our paperwork says no show, there is nothing we can do. I have disputed the charge through AMEX 4 times and they are still fighting me and will not refund the money on this fraudulent charge. I even have the receipt from the car rental agency next to them at the Venice airport and they say sorry you were a no-show. Completely unethical company.
