Long story short rental24 is just a… Long story short rental24 is just a broker ( no car) and work with Rental car SIXT Book a Fiat 500 in santorini on October 22 starting at 10 am. Full payment has been done up front to rental 24 . We arrived late on October 22 at 7pm . When we arrived at the counter from SIXT , our contract has been canceled and our car booked to somebody else . Don’t try to call rental 24 , their call center is always inaccessible! SIXT said they don’t want to talk to us to fix our problems. We lost all our money with Rental24

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! Don’t Use Them!! Do not use this app!!! They will rip you off!!!!!! Advertises in AUD and then charges you in USD! Later also found out that this app belong to CarTrawler! Absolute trash! Tried contacting on numerous occasions attempting to explain but constantly got responses from different people not understanding a simple explanation.

Scam - Please beware of this operationc Please beware of this operation. They cooperate with local car rental places that attempt to scam renters with a credit card trick - like forbid in Bucharest, Romania. Upon trying to retrieve your car, the local agent pretends your card is not functioning or has no funds, and aggressively offers you a cash only option. Upon calling my credit card company, it was confirmed that the transaction was never attempted. Rental24H does know if this practice as there have been numerous reviews of that nature but they keep their payment and do not force the local agents into refunding. Unfortunately a ram shackle operation.

Booked & cancelled a car with fuul… Booked & cancelled a car with fuul insurance from them with full refund condition available anytime before the start date. Got con as car rental was indeed refunded but not the car rental insurance by Alliianz. 24H pushed the onus to refund to Allianz, & they throw a “not refund” condition which is only found in the terms & condition page of the policy sent to me after the booking which was already too late to do anything! On top of that, charges were billed in Euros, so when refunded, lost out on exchange rate. I lost USD21 for this stupid exercise! So, be careful & don’t get con like myself!

Incredibly unreliable! I paid for a car with insurance before flying to Brazil. When I arrived at the airport, they refused to give me the car unless I paid for the insurance once again. The price was ridiculous and they refused to rent me the car, even though I had all the documentation with me. After the incident, I asked for a refund and it's been almost 2 months and they have not returned my money. Absolute scumbags.
