On arrival this was not available and a compact car was provided by Hertz - which should cost around half the cost. Requested refund of difference from Rental24H, no refund or response to repeated contact. Do yourself a favour and book direct with the vehicle provider rather than third party scammers like these!

The waiting time for the car was 10 minutes. The car model I booked was not available. I received a similar car type of a different brand. It was correct by the reservation terms, but it seemed like a usual practise rather than a last resort option it should be. Also the car had a lot of surface damage, but it was documented in the handover protocol. In general, the vehicle was easy to drive and the engine worked reliably. The communication with the local agent was prompt and helpful using WhatsApp. The price/performance ratio was ok.
