Incredibly unreliable! I paid for a car with insurance before flying to Brazil. When I arrived at the airport, they refused to give me the car unless I paid for the insurance once again. The price was ridiculous and they refused to rent me the car, even though I had all the documentation with me. After the incident, I asked for a refund and it's been almost 2 months and they have not returned my money. Absolute scumbags.

No car seats even though i paid 4 weeks in advance, 336 dollars, told to go to Walmart and buy my own then return vehicle with seats and customer service will refund the 336 for 2 cars seats I hired and 70 dollars for the purchase of seats, now I done live chat with rental 24 and they say go back to people I collected car from joke, they took the m-meh. DONOT RENT HERE I arrived in London on the 22nd of june at 1230pm and went straight to the europa rental cars. They refused my license and i immediately ask for a refund and contated this application/wbsite directly and untill today the 6th of JULY i yet to receive my refunds. THEY ARE A SCAM. Scam - Please beware of this operationc Please beware of this operation. They cooperate with local car rental places that attempt to scam renters with a credit card trick - like forbid in Bucharest, Romania. Upon trying to retrieve your car, the local agent pretends your card is not functioning or has no funds, and aggressively offers you a cash only option. Upon calling my credit card company, it was confirmed that the transaction was never attempted. Rental24H does know if this practice as there have been numerous reviews of that nature but they keep their payment and do not force the local agents into refunding. Unfortunately a ram shackle operation.

And everything was perfect, our car from Keddy was clean, the deposit of $501 was returned in time, and we had a wonderful vacation! Btw, we have rented from Keddy by Europcar several times and must admit, their autos are always new, many EVs with automotive transmission, so that you will go green anywhere during your trip!
