I booked a “full-to-full” option and returned a full tank, but still was charged an additional $15. Hope, I will get my refund, as I have already called a customer support agent and they promised to resolve it asap. The staff member was polite and friendly, seemed like they really wanted to help me even with such a minor issue. In fact, Rental24h.com did their best to make my experience with them smooth and sleek!

GBScammers - Avoid! Booked and paid in advance for a Land Rover Discovery (or car of similar class) for 5 days rental with Hertz via rental24H. On arrival this was not available and a compact car was provided by Hertz - which should cost around half the cost. Requested refund of difference from Rental24H, no refund or response to repeated contact. Do yourself a favour and book direct with the vehicle provider rather than third party scammers like these!

They compare more deals from different companies than any other website (but it takes a little bit more time for search results to appear). Especially great for young drivers and their grandparents - Rental24h has a lot of offers for renters under 25 y.o. and over 70s - that’s a huge plus!

SKAddCar via Rental24H.com in Morocco The agent was waiting at the parking lot in front of the airport on time. However, his position was not labeled, you had to go around and ask for him. The waiting time for the car was 10 minutes. The car model I booked was not available. I received a similar car type of a different brand. It was correct by the reservation terms, but it seemed like a usual practise rather than a last resort option it should be. Also the car had a lot of surface damage, but it was documented in the handover protocol. In general, the vehicle was easy to drive and the engine worked reliably. The communication with the local agent was prompt and helpful using WhatsApp. The price/performance ratio was ok.

No car seats even though i paid 4 weeks in advance, 336 dollars, told to go to Walmart and buy my own then return vehicle with seats and customer service will refund the 336 for 2 cars seats I hired and 70 dollars for the purchase of seats, now I done live chat with rental 24 and they say go back to people I collected car from joke, they took the m-meh. We have 5 and 1 year olds so don’t use order us613436640 no phone number what’s a-p , Rob you off
