SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! Don’t Use Them!! Do not use this app!!! They will rip you off!!!!!! Advertises in AUD and then charges you in USD! Later also found out that this app belong to CarTrawler! Absolute trash! Tried contacting on numerous occasions attempting to explain but constantly got responses from different people not understanding a simple explanation.

Worst car rental company I have ever… Worst car rental company I have ever used and I rent cars 30+ weeks a year. I reserved a van at the Venice Italy airport, my flight was delayed 3 hours and when I arrived they had already given my van away. They were out of cars so I had to rent at a different rental agency at the airport. I returned home to find the full week's rental for the van charged to my AMEX. When I called to dispute they said I was a "no show" so their contract states that shows will be charged the full rental fee. I explained I did arrive and they did not have a van or any car for me. They said sorry, our paperwork says no show, there is nothing we can do. I have disputed the charge through AMEX 4 times and they are still fighting me and will not refund the money on this fraudulent charge. I even have the receipt from the car rental agency next to them at the Venice airport and they say sorry you were a no-show. Completely unethical company.

DONOT RENT HERE I arrived in London on the 22nd of june at 1230pm and went straight to the europa rental cars. They refused my license and i immediately ask for a refund and contated this application/wbsite directly and untill today the 6th of JULY i yet to receive my refunds. THEY ARE A SCAM. And everything was perfect, our car from Keddy was clean, the deposit of $501 was returned in time, and we had a wonderful vacation! Btw, we have rented from Keddy by Europcar several times and must admit, their autos are always new, many EVs with automotive transmission, so that you will go green anywhere during your trip!

They cooperate with local car rental places that attempt to scam renters with a credit card trick - like forbid in Bucharest, Romania. Upon trying to retrieve your car, the local agent pretends your card is not functioning or has no funds, and aggressively offers you a cash only option. Upon calling my credit card company, it was confirmed that the transaction was never attempted. Rental24H does know if this practice as there have been numerous reviews of that nature but they keep their payment and do not force the local agents into refunding. Unfortunately a ram shackle operation.
