DONOT RENT HERE I arrived in London on the 22nd of june at 1230pm and went straight to the europa rental cars. They refused my license and i immediately ask for a refund and contated this application/wbsite directly and untill today the 6th of JULY i yet to receive my refunds. THEY ARE A SCAM. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD

Booked & cancelled a car with fuul… Booked & cancelled a car with fuul insurance from them with full refund condition available anytime before the start date. Got con as car rental was indeed refunded but not the car rental insurance by Alliianz. 24H pushed the onus to refund to Allianz, & they throw a “not refund” condition which is only found in the terms & condition page of the policy sent to me after the booking which was already too late to do anything! On top of that, charges were billed in Euros, so when refunded, lost out on exchange rate. I lost USD21 for this stupid exercise! So, be careful & don’t get con like myself!

Incredibly unreliable! I paid for a car with insurance before flying to Brazil. When I arrived at the airport, they refused to give me the car unless I paid for the insurance once again. The price was ridiculous and they refused to rent me the car, even though I had all the documentation with me. After the incident, I asked for a refund and it's been almost 2 months and they have not returned my money. Absolute scumbags.

Scammers - Avoid! Booked and paid in advance for a Land Rover Discovery (or car of similar class) for 5 days rental with Hertz via rental24H. On arrival this was not available and a compact car was provided by Hertz - which should cost around half the cost. Requested refund of difference from Rental24H, no refund or response to repeated contact. Do yourself a favour and book direct with the vehicle provider rather than third party scammers like these!

Everything was fine Everything was fine, but I rented a car from Poznan to collect it in Spain, and selected to pay with euros from my euro account. And when it was time for payment, it turned out they put through my account in Zł, so I had to pay an extra fee for a non-euro transaction.
