My google review last year was deleted… My google review last year was deleted but in short: 1. delivered the car two months after promised, 2. charges miles per month so, as a new customer, received a large bill in the second month for an early road trip. They have since changed this but no credit or reimbursement was issued. 3. My monthly insurance costs increased. 4. They began charging a cc processing fee. 5 They cancelled my subscription with a 30 day notice. All of this happened in 14 months and the reasons were always the same boilerplate bs language. This is a very one-sided volatile company. Run fast and far away!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE Canceled my 3-year subscription less than 12 months in out of nowhere due to "unforeseen economic circumstances." I had no issues with payments and car was being operated in perfect condition. They are clearly a start-up with no idea how to make a budget or run a trustworthy business. Recalled every subscription given out during 2022 across the country, no exceptions, because they're not making enough $$ on them. I should have known better. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I was skeptical at first.... I was skeptical at first... After placing my order and knowing it would be awhile before delivery (about 60 days), I knew a lot could go wrong. About 30 days before delivery I was offered a different vehicle due to supply chain issues. The vehicle offered was an upgrade and they honored their originally agreed price. They have been responsive, honest, they've followed through on every commitment made and I've come to the conclusion that if all companies could behave like DriveGo, we would all be a lot happier out here in consumer-world. Kudos to you, DriveGo. You have a satisfied customer here in Tampa, two months into our agreement.

June 5th They Want the car back?!?!?! June 5th got an email saying they want the care back immediately within 10 days and no explanation. Unbelievable horrid experience, so much for the agreement we have in place. Stay away! Cant pay their debts and is a failing business model. You never tried to reach out to us. I tried to reach out to you. Obviously we returned the vehicle and will never use you again!

Scam, changed agreement multiple times unfavorable with almost no notice Signed a drivego agreement a year ago that they have removed features on, increased insurance, and then gave me 30 days notice to return the car due to “unforeseen circumstances” on their part without any explanation and are asking to return it hours away or pay $400 to have it picked up. Company is a scam and screws over its customers in a number of different ways. Do not subscribe!!!
