GBExtremely Shady More of what the reviews below are saying. Had an agreement for 3 years, and suddenly being told to return my Equinox within 10 days! Also they used to offer preventative maintenance as part of the deal and quietly removed that. Some people also had to find their own insurance. The company is going downhill, and to any potential customer: don't!

GBSeamless Process of Getting a New Car The entire process -- from ordering a vehicle to having it delivered -- was pretty seamless. An account manager was assigned to me and it's great to be able to call or text with any questions. He responded very quickly and put my mind at ease. As many others have stated, they've simplified what used to be a painful ordeal -- getting a new car. Although they're a young company it seems like they have their act together. Their car selection keeps on getting better by the month and I hope they offer EVs in the near future!

GBI was skeptical at first.... I was skeptical at first... After placing my order and knowing it would be awhile before delivery (about 60 days), I knew a lot could go wrong. About 30 days before delivery I was offered a different vehicle due to supply chain issues. The vehicle offered was an upgrade and they honored their originally agreed price. They have been responsive, honest, they've followed through on every commitment made and I've come to the conclusion that if all companies could behave like DriveGo, we would all be a lot happier out here in consumer-world. Kudos to you, DriveGo. You have a satisfied customer here in Tampa, two months into our agreement.

GBDo not believe their hype - STAY AWAY Do not believe their hype. It really is too good to be true. Same story as other reviews. We started our subscription last April, and it was supposed to be for 36 months. To stave off insolvency because they over-promised and are under-delivering, they're demanding the car back and offering terrible terms to make us whole. They want us to pay them to come pick it up the car even though termination was not initiated by us. They've never fully delivered on their promises, slowly diminishing their end of the deal over the last year until this final straw. They've clearly shown they do not care about their customers or living up to their own hype.

GBMy google review last year was deleted… My google review last year was deleted but in short: 1. delivered the car two months after promised, 2. charges miles per month so, as a new customer, received a large bill in the second month for an early road trip. They have since changed this but no credit or reimbursement was issued. 3. My monthly insurance costs increased. 4. They began charging a cc processing fee. 5 They cancelled my subscription with a 30 day notice. All of this happened in 14 months and the reasons were always the same boilerplate bs language. This is a very one-sided volatile company. Run fast and far away!!!!!
