GBMore or less a scam. They keep breaking up the agreement frequently and randomly. To Go Inc: I suggest you quit car subscription business. Your company management actually disturbs my life a lot: first you asked me to get my own insurance with a few days' notice, and I tried to get one. Now you force me to return my car also with a few days notice. Then I have to find a new car somewhere within a few days, have the Go car picked up for $395, and talk to my insurance company to get my paid insurance premium back.

GBWe are so so Disappointed!!! We are so, so Disappointed!!! Payment was made & Car was to be delivered in February, THREE scheduled & Missed appointments later (without even a phone call) the car was delivered in April. 1st month we drove extra miles knowing we're going on vacation next month & the car will be parked. Still, we got hit with $500+ over milage fee (including additional full month of insurance fee). Yes, they monitor your mileage in real time & charge for going over the milage... This is BAD Business, and Bad deal!! We're very Disappointed, and will be returning the car ASAP. Judy

GBThe quote "Too good to be true" is… The quote "Too good to be true" is fishy in this case. The terms of the contract will always favor the business, not the individual. They provided a quick notice to return the car due to unfavorable business conditions. I kept the accumulated miles over having year+: planning to keep the car for three years. But I was asked to return the vehicle within ten days and give up my miles (more than three months of underutilized for free). No extension, pathetic location to return, and asked not to write bad reviews for one monthly fee, which I didn't agree to, so another customer truly understands the business model here. Just be aware of what you are getting into with this drivego. You end up with better deals with leasing in the longer run than this subscription model.

GBGreat! I was so pleasantly surprised with just how simple of a process getting my GO car was. From when I first started the process, I had the vehicle delivered exactly 1 week later. Terri was helpful throughout the process with promptly answering any questions I had via text. The delivery was quick and so straightforward. Wonderful experience so far!
Sad to be a customer
GBI’d use a different service I’m one of the customers that they took back the cars early because they weren’t making money (their customer service rep explaining interest rate changes) Make sure you read the full terms before pulling trigger.
