GBI reiterate all of the bait and switch… I reiterate all of the bait and switch tactics users have mentioned below. 1) No response from Go or ability to work with me when I received my notice to return car. It was pretty much, "tough luck".2.) No incentives to continue to use their service given how the inconvenience. 3.) I work in finance and understand the CFPB complaints should be taken seriously. I mentioned this to GO (as I logged a complaint) and there was no response. I understand the market condictions, but truly baffling how they expect to make it as a start up with this customer experience.

GBI’d use a different service I’m one of the customers that they took back the cars early because they weren’t making money (their customer service rep explaining interest rate changes) Make sure you read the full terms before pulling trigger.

MTTotally disappointed I just spent a long time talking to credit control. She kept saying " I don't know " Really ? How do you get your jobs ?? !!

GBI was skeptical at first.... I was skeptical at first... After placing my order and knowing it would be awhile before delivery (about 60 days), I knew a lot could go wrong. About 30 days before delivery I was offered a different vehicle due to supply chain issues. The vehicle offered was an upgrade and they honored their originally agreed price. They have been responsive, honest, they've followed through on every commitment made and I've come to the conclusion that if all companies could behave like DriveGo, we would all be a lot happier out here in consumer-world. Kudos to you, DriveGo. You have a satisfied customer here in Tampa, two months into our agreement.

GBGreat! I was so pleasantly surprised with just how simple of a process getting my GO car was. From when I first started the process, I had the vehicle delivered exactly 1 week later. Terri was helpful throughout the process with promptly answering any questions I had via text. The delivery was quick and so straightforward. Wonderful experience so far!
