GBSeamless Process of Getting a New Car The entire process -- from ordering a vehicle to having it delivered -- was pretty seamless. An account manager was assigned to me and it's great to be able to call or text with any questions. He responded very quickly and put my mind at ease. As many others have stated, they've simplified what used to be a painful ordeal -- getting a new car. Although they're a young company it seems like they have their act together. Their car selection keeps on getting better by the month and I hope they offer EVs in the near future!

GBGreat! I was so pleasantly surprised with just how simple of a process getting my GO car was. From when I first started the process, I had the vehicle delivered exactly 1 week later. Terri was helpful throughout the process with promptly answering any questions I had via text. The delivery was quick and so straightforward. Wonderful experience so far!

GBJune 5th They Want the car back?!?!?! June 5th got an email saying they want the care back immediately within 10 days and no explanation. Unbelievable horrid experience, so much for the agreement we have in place. Stay away! Cant pay their debts and is a failing business model. You never tried to reach out to us. I tried to reach out to you. Obviously we returned the vehicle and will never use you again!

GBSkip the dealer. Seriously. I've never had a flawless dealer experience. Despite being an excellent customer regarding credit, upgrades and flexibility their "deals" always feel like a ripoff. The subscription angle of Go is like a loophole for buyers like me. Especially if you want a new vehicle, familiar with leases and are decisive. For the first time my credentials and style seemed to matter. This is the way I'll do it from now on.

GBThe quote "Too good to be true" is… The quote "Too good to be true" is fishy in this case. The terms of the contract will always favor the business, not the individual. They provided a quick notice to return the car due to unfavorable business conditions. I kept the accumulated miles over having year+: planning to keep the car for three years. But I was asked to return the vehicle within ten days and give up my miles (more than three months of underutilized for free). No extension, pathetic location to return, and asked not to write bad reviews for one monthly fee, which I didn't agree to, so another customer truly understands the business model here. Just be aware of what you are getting into with this drivego. You end up with better deals with leasing in the longer run than this subscription model.
