GBThey are taking my car back!! Apparently their model didn't work. I, along with others, just got this text: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to continue providing your subscription at this time. As a result, we must request the return of your vehicle within the next 10 days" Had the Altima for a year and a half, payments always were made on time.

GBScam, changed agreement multiple times unfavorable with almost no notice Signed a drivego agreement a year ago that they have removed features on, increased insurance, and then gave me 30 days notice to return the car due to “unforeseen circumstances” on their part without any explanation and are asking to return it hours away or pay $400 to have it picked up. Company is a scam and screws over its customers in a number of different ways. Do not subscribe!!!

GBSkip the dealer. Seriously. I've never had a flawless dealer experience. Despite being an excellent customer regarding credit, upgrades and flexibility their "deals" always feel like a ripoff. The subscription angle of Go is like a loophole for buyers like me. Especially if you want a new vehicle, familiar with leases and are decisive. For the first time my credentials and style seemed to matter. This is the way I'll do it from now on.

GBSeamless Process of Getting a New Car The entire process -- from ordering a vehicle to having it delivered -- was pretty seamless. An account manager was assigned to me and it's great to be able to call or text with any questions. He responded very quickly and put my mind at ease. As many others have stated, they've simplified what used to be a painful ordeal -- getting a new car. Although they're a young company it seems like they have their act together. Their car selection keeps on getting better by the month and I hope they offer EVs in the near future!

GBMore or less a scam. They keep breaking up the agreement frequently and randomly. To Go Inc: I suggest you quit car subscription business. Your company management actually disturbs my life a lot: first you asked me to get my own insurance with a few days' notice, and I tried to get one. Now you force me to return my car also with a few days notice. Then I have to find a new car somewhere within a few days, have the Go car picked up for $395, and talk to my insurance company to get my paid insurance premium back.
