GBExtremely Shady More of what the reviews below are saying. Had an agreement for 3 years, and suddenly being told to return my Equinox within 10 days! Also they used to offer preventative maintenance as part of the deal and quietly removed that. Some people also had to find their own insurance. The company is going downhill, and to any potential customer: don't!

GBMore or less a scam. They keep breaking up the agreement frequently and randomly. To Go Inc: I suggest you quit car subscription business. Your company management actually disturbs my life a lot: first you asked me to get my own insurance with a few days' notice, and I tried to get one. Now you force me to return my car also with a few days notice. Then I have to find a new car somewhere within a few days, have the Go car picked up for $395, and talk to my insurance company to get my paid insurance premium back.

GBAll-around great experience and responsive customer service! The process is very easy and a great car! The original car I selected was not available, but then another one in a different color became available and I actually like the color better than the original that I reserved. Since I work from home, I don’t need a car often, so I started with the lowest mileage plan. I love that unused miles carryover! There was a little glitch with delivery timing, but it worked out fine. All-around great experience and responsive customer service!

GBDo not believe their hype - STAY AWAY Do not believe their hype. It really is too good to be true. Same story as other reviews. We started our subscription last April, and it was supposed to be for 36 months. To stave off insolvency because they over-promised and are under-delivering, they're demanding the car back and offering terrible terms to make us whole. They want us to pay them to come pick it up the car even though termination was not initiated by us. They've never fully delivered on their promises, slowly diminishing their end of the deal over the last year until this final straw. They've clearly shown they do not care about their customers or living up to their own hype.

GBThey are taking my car back!! Apparently their model didn't work. I, along with others, just got this text: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to continue providing your subscription at this time. As a result, we must request the return of your vehicle within the next 10 days" Had the Altima for a year and a half, payments always were made on time.
