My google review last year was deleted… My google review last year was deleted but in short: 1. delivered the car two months after promised, 2. charges miles per month so, as a new customer, received a large bill in the second month for an early road trip. They have since changed this but no credit or reimbursement was issued. 3. My monthly insurance costs increased. 4. They began charging a cc processing fee. 5 They cancelled my subscription with a 30 day notice. All of this happened in 14 months and the reasons were always the same boilerplate bs language. This is a very one-sided volatile company. Run fast and far away!!!!!

Scam, changed agreement multiple times unfavorable with almost no notice Signed a drivego agreement a year ago that they have removed features on, increased insurance, and then gave me 30 days notice to return the car due to “unforeseen circumstances” on their part without any explanation and are asking to return it hours away or pay $400 to have it picked up. Company is a scam and screws over its customers in a number of different ways. Do not subscribe!!!

More or less a scam. They keep breaking up the agreement frequently and randomly. To Go Inc: I suggest you quit car subscription business. Your company management actually disturbs my life a lot: first you asked me to get my own insurance with a few days' notice, and I tried to get one. Now you force me to return my car also with a few days notice. Then I have to find a new car somewhere within a few days, have the Go car picked up for $395, and talk to my insurance company to get my paid insurance premium back.

Extremely Shady More of what the reviews below are saying. Had an agreement for 3 years, and suddenly being told to return my Equinox within 10 days! Also they used to offer preventative maintenance as part of the deal and quietly removed that. Some people also had to find their own insurance. The company is going downhill, and to any potential customer: don't!

Do not believe their hype - STAY AWAY Do not believe their hype. It really is too good to be true. Same story as other reviews. We started our subscription last April, and it was supposed to be for 36 months. To stave off insolvency because they over-promised and are under-delivering, they're demanding the car back and offering terrible terms to make us whole. They want us to pay them to come pick it up the car even though termination was not initiated by us. They've never fully delivered on their promises, slowly diminishing their end of the deal over the last year until this final straw. They've clearly shown they do not care about their customers or living up to their own hype.
