They lied to me. Very dishonest. They lied to me. Charged me for things I didn't want ans when I returned the car the bill was triple the original price!! Charged me for things I told them I didn't want!

Do not come here if you value your privacy and don't want your personal identifying information disseminated amongst staff members at this location and used for fraud. While I typically support local businesses this is one Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). Very unprofessional environment! Read them and dodge a bullet! Experienced a horrible customer experience at location 2327 E Van Buren St. Sky Harbor Intl Airport, Phoenix, AZ 85006. On 04/28/24. When entering I was rudely treated unprofessionally, racially profiled and discriminated against by members of Management not associates. The Administration (Management) a woman and Hispanic male in back offices stated they were contacted by police that I was being investigated and consequently this led to the most inhumane, unprofessional, despicable, demeaning experience. I paid for my reservation and never retrieved vehicle but sadly had to leave due to the extreme misconduct and blatant unprofessionalism I endured. I would like an explanation as to how and why this could happen, I am a first time customer. I booked with Priceline. After filing. I did just hear back from the manager of the location. There is nothing that will be done here. The manager was at the counter the entire day and did not observe any behavior as described in the statement from the customer. Never again, bunch of scumbags This company is super deceptive about its hidden fees, which ended up almost doubling the price I was quoted. When I questioned some of the fees, like a "stadium fee" after the fact (was never at a stadium), I was told it was required by AZ state law. If that's the case, include it in the quoted price, dipshits! So pissed. Never again.

RUN RUN FROM THIS CAR RENTAL. ON THE DAY OF RESERVATION, 3 POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WENT BACK TO THE AIRPORT AFTER THEY GAVE THEM THEIR RULES N REGULATIONS ON CAR RENTAL. OMGGG NEVER AGAIN!!!
