They charged me for insurance, which I verbally declined and said No to. They also charged me: Rental Surchage, Facility Charge, Airport Fee, License Fee, Stadium Fee, and a Credit Card Surcharge! Terrible company

They offered a nice upgrade for a fair fee but then charged the original invoice plus the full amount for the new rental. My four day rental of 23.00/day was 351.00. You cannot reach anyone who will help and they email that the charges are accurate. So I paid for 2 cars at the same time even though I only got one car. This place cannot stay in business operating like this. Don't do it.
