GBBE SMART!!!! KNOW WHAT YOU"RE SIGNING AND WHAT YOU'RE GETTING! RE: CarRentals Itinerary 72682599790835 ORLANDO/MCO - Folks, be VERY careful what you are signing. I started out with a $168.00 rental for 7 days. I didn't use my head. When they got through with me, I paid $546.53, included was; 13.99 a day for tolls, ( I went through four toll booths) I had them fill the tank ( I drove a grand total of 98 miles) but they said their gas was cheaper and an $85.00 collision charge after I even showed my own collision coverage through GEICO. I was told I would have to go through carrentals.com to get reimbursed the $84.00 collision charge. The carrentals website is a maze of confusion offering no customer service on issues or problems. Live and learn. They know how to inflate a $168.00 weekly rental up to $546.53. The car rental cost me almost as much as my room on a daily charge. Be smart! Rent smart! Know what you're signing. They won't give you nothing for nothing. RIDICULOUS and I'm upset with myself. Carrentals.com works with Action and NU.. I feel a reimbursement of my collision charge and tolls should be refunded. Otherwise, I feel hosed.

GBBorders on Fraud Them, "Would you like damage coverage? It's only $3 more per day!" Lie #1. "Wait, why is cost so high?" "We hold a deposit that we'll return when you bring the car back." Went from a $238 rental to $534. Believe all the one star ratings here!!!

GBFRAUDULENT/UNETHICAL/UNPROFESSIONAL Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) Horrible experience at this location!!! Do not come here if you value your privacy and don't want your personal identifying information disseminated amongst staff members at this location and used for fraud. While I typically support local businesses this is one Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). Very unprofessional environment! Complete and total lack of transparency and frequent attempts to take more and more money. Read the reviews carefully I regretfully read them and disregarded those who came before me. Read them and dodge a bullet! Experienced a horrible customer experience at location 2327 E Van Buren St. Sky Harbor Intl Airport, Phoenix, AZ 85006. On 04/28/24. When entering I was rudely treated unprofessionally, racially profiled and discriminated against by members of Management not associates. The Administration (Management) a woman and Hispanic male in back offices stated they were contacted by police that I was being investigated and consequently this led to the most inhumane, unprofessional, despicable, demeaning experience. I paid for my reservation and never retrieved vehicle but sadly had to leave due to the extreme misconduct and blatant unprofessionalism I endured. I would like an explanation as to how and why this could happen, I am a first time customer. I booked with Priceline. After filing. Complaint with NU Car Rentals they responded. 6650672495NU Poor Customer Service Dear Robert, Our rental counter's manager just responded. Please see their response below. I did just hear back from the manager of the location. There is nothing that will be done here. The manager was at the counter the entire day and did not observe any behavior as described in the statement from the customer. Also stated no one approached him with any complaints on any of the agents. Sincerely, Jj P NÜ Car Rentals Toll Free (US) 1.877.535.7117 International 1.210.201.0280

GBNU car rental unprofessional and conniving NU car rental unprofessional and conniving. Because of how I was treated and how NU car do business I will no longer use Expedia since they provide services from that low low low standards (if you can even use that word in same sentence) company. DO NOT USE NU car rental as you will not get what you payed for and most likely you will pay more than at any other car rental company .

GBDO NOT rent from Nu Car, they will steal from you Please please please believe the bad reviews! You may think you are smarter than them and you'll be able to see all of their tricks. I was very clear that I didn't want insurance, I selected no insurance on the contract, yet I was charged hundreds of dollars for insurance on a $64 rental. I disputed it with my credit card company and my credit card company sided with them stating that neither one of us had proof. So you may think that even if they screw you you'll just dispute it, you won't. You can waste your time taking screenshots of the contract that you sign electronically when you rent the car, or you can go to a car dealership that isn't going to try to scam you in the beginning. I am going to do everything in my power to destroy this company single-handedly. I have seen how many people they have scammed, how many people they have taking money from illegally, the fraudulent behavior, how many people they have hurt, and honey I got nothing but time. I am going to do everything in my power to keep them from hurting you. Step one is making sure I tell as many people as I can to stay far away from this company. They need to be put out of business. They are running a scam and you will pay significantly more than you would at a reputable car rental company for a crappier car. Do not under any circumstances no matter what the initial price looks like rent from this company. That price is not what you will pay.
