GBToo many extra hidden fees Too many extra hidden fees. No direct line to address any changes to your plan. Prices online are very misleading. For a car listed at $12 per day cost was actually over $500 not including the insurance which if you have your own insurance dont opt into theirs.

GBDO NOT USE DO NOT USE! I was unaware I had even booked through this company, as I used a 3rd party site. I prepaid for my rental and was charged over DOUBLE after I returned the car. They charged me for insurance, which I verbally declined and said No to. They also charged me: Rental Surchage, Facility Charge, Airport Fee, License Fee, Stadium Fee, and a Credit Card Surcharge! Terrible company

GBThis company is dishonest and you will… This company is dishonest and you will find no recourse for your troubles. Do not rent from NU. They offered a nice upgrade for a fair fee but then charged the original invoice plus the full amount for the new rental. My four day rental of 23.00/day was 351.00. You cannot reach anyone who will help and they email that the charges are accurate. So I paid for 2 cars at the same time even though I only got one car. This place cannot stay in business operating like this. Don't do it.

MXWhat and amazing experience What and amazing experience, I booked thru Expedia like I always do, they picked me up at the airport and brought me to their office, the design is very nice, the guys working the counter do their job advising you on what you might need but don't force you into anything, I really like that, unlike other companies that pressure you into getting their own insurance, I had my own insurance and they let me use it, of course they explain that the security deposit is high due to the responsibility but is something that I already knew so everything went well..

Do not come here if you value your privacy and don't want your personal identifying information disseminated amongst staff members at this location and used for fraud. While I typically support local businesses this is one Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). Very unprofessional environment! Complete and total lack of transparency and frequent attempts to take more and more money. Read the reviews carefully I regretfully read them and disregarded those who came before me. Read them and dodge a bullet! Experienced a horrible customer experience at location 2327 E Van Buren St. Sky Harbor Intl Airport, Phoenix, AZ 85006. On 04/28/24. When entering I was rudely treated unprofessionally, racially profiled and discriminated against by members of Management not associates. The Administration (Management) a woman and Hispanic male in back offices stated they were contacted by police that I was being investigated and consequently this led to the most inhumane, unprofessional, despicable, demeaning experience. I paid for my reservation and never retrieved vehicle but sadly had to leave due to the extreme misconduct and blatant unprofessionalism I endured. I would like an explanation as to how and why this could happen, I am a first time customer. I booked with Priceline. After filing. I did just hear back from the manager of the location. There is nothing that will be done here. The manager was at the counter the entire day and did not observe any behavior as described in the statement from the customer.
