They offered a nice upgrade for a fair fee but then charged the original invoice plus the full amount for the new rental. My four day rental of 23.00/day was 351.00. You cannot reach anyone who will help and they email that the charges are accurate. So I paid for 2 cars at the same time even though I only got one car. This place cannot stay in business operating like this. Don't do it.

When I questioned some of the fees, like a "stadium fee" after the fact (was never at a stadium), I was told it was required by AZ state law.
