GBAVOID THEM WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE AVOID THEM WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. THEY ARE THE WORST CAR RENTAL EVER. OMG, AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EVERYTHING, THEY WANT TO PUT A 700 HOLD ON UR CARD, YOU COME RETURN THE CAR, THEY TRY TO LOOK FOR THE SLIGHTEST DE T ON THE CAR AND ACCUSE U OF DOING IT!!!! RUN RUN FROM THIS CAR RENTAL. ON THE DAY OF RESERVATION, 3 POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WENT BACK TO THE AIRPORT AFTER THEY GAVE THEM THEIR RULES N REGULATIONS ON CAR RENTAL. OMGGG NEVER AGAIN!!!

GBJohn was great at check in John was great at check in. The check in was virtual (talking to a representative on a screen) I was skeptical but it went very smooth with John’s clear instructions. The little locker that pops open with the key inside is neat! I will definitely use this company again when in need of a rental car.

GBBorders on Fraud Them, "Would you like damage coverage? It's only $3 more per day!" Lie #1. "Wait, why is cost so high?" "We hold a deposit that we'll return when you bring the car back." Went from a $238 rental to $534. Believe all the one star ratings here!!!

MXWhat and amazing experience What and amazing experience, I booked thru Expedia like I always do, they picked me up at the airport and brought me to their office, the design is very nice, the guys working the counter do their job advising you on what you might need but don't force you into anything, I really like that, unlike other companies that pressure you into getting their own insurance, I had my own insurance and they let me use it, of course they explain that the security deposit is high due to the responsibility but is something that I already knew so everything went well..
