Very good customer service … I read some reviews online about this company that were not very favorable. However my experience with them was great! I had to cancel my reservation shortly before my trip and figured I wouldn’t get a refund. I was pleasantly surprised when they refunded all of my money. Definitely going to do business with them again when I need a rental car.

Thank you NU Car San Diego! We went through an online travel company and part of our package was a rental car through NU Car Rentals in San Diego. We were skeptical at first as we've never heard of this company. I was impressed. Check in was great. The customer service I thought was awesome. The gentleman that waited on us was more than friendly, went out of his way to assist us by answering any questions or concerns and we were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I added their car insurance myself with no pressure from them, decided I didn't need it and called them the next day and they removed it. I definitely will use this company again. Thank you Nu Car San Diego!

Hidden fees and geo restriction… Hidden fees and geo restriction up-charges are not clearly delineated when booking. Shuttle from airport took almost one hour.

AVOID THEM WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE AVOID THEM WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. THEY ARE THE WORST CAR RENTAL EVER. OMG, AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EVERYTHING, THEY WANT TO PUT A 700 HOLD ON UR CARD, YOU COME RETURN THE CAR, THEY TRY TO LOOK FOR THE SLIGHTEST DE T ON THE CAR AND ACCUSE U OF DOING IT!!!! RUN RUN FROM THIS CAR RENTAL. ON THE DAY OF RESERVATION, 3 POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WENT BACK TO THE AIRPORT AFTER THEY GAVE THEM THEIR RULES N REGULATIONS ON CAR RENTAL. OMGGG NEVER AGAIN!!!

They lied to me. Very dishonest. They lied to me. Charged me for things I didn't want ans when I returned the car the bill was triple the original price!! Charged me for things I told them I didn't want!
