USBorders on Fraud Them, "Would you like damage coverage? It's only $3 more per day!" Lie #1. "Wait, why is cost so high?" "We hold a deposit that we'll return when you bring the car back." Went from a $238 rental to $534. Believe all the one star ratings here!!!

USLiars and crooks Liars and crooks. Been renting cars for ever, never such a bad experience. Tried to sell me insurances and services I didn't need. They prey and take advantage of people that don't know any better with lies, deception, and bullying. They offer a very cheap price on the apps but it will not be what you booked. Expect to pay way more. I was brutally told I either take the insurance or no car. I carry a million dollar auto liability policy with full coverage. Told them to shove it, I will not do business with crooks! Reported them to Travelocity which were great and refunded my money back. Not sure if they will do anything about it but hopefully they will as it does reflect badly on them, too!

MXWhat and amazing experience What and amazing experience, I booked thru Expedia like I always do, they picked me up at the airport and brought me to their office, the design is very nice, the guys working the counter do their job advising you on what you might need but don't force you into anything, I really like that, unlike other companies that pressure you into getting their own insurance, I had my own insurance and they let me use it, of course they explain that the security deposit is high due to the responsibility but is something that I already knew so everything went well..

USBE SMART!!!! KNOW WHAT YOU"RE SIGNING AND WHAT YOU'RE GETTING! RE: CarRentals Itinerary 72682599790835 ORLANDO/MCO - Folks, be VERY careful what you are signing. I started out with a $168.00 rental for 7 days. I didn't use my head. When they got through with me, I paid $546.53, included was; 13.99 a day for tolls, ( I went through four toll booths) I had them fill the tank ( I drove a grand total of 98 miles) but they said their gas was cheaper and an $85.00 collision charge after I even showed my own collision coverage through GEICO. I was told I would have to go through carrentals.com to get reimbursed the $84.00 collision charge. The carrentals website is a maze of confusion offering no customer service on issues or problems. Live and learn. They know how to inflate a $168.00 weekly rental up to $546.53. The car rental cost me almost as much as my room on a daily charge. Be smart! Rent smart! Know what you're signing. They won't give you nothing for nothing. RIDICULOUS and I'm upset with myself. Carrentals.com works with Action and NU.. I feel a reimbursement of my collision charge and tolls should be refunded. Otherwise, I feel hosed.

USNever again, bunch of scumbags This company is super deceptive about its hidden fees, which ended up almost doubling the price I was quoted. When I questioned some of the fees, like a "stadium fee" after the fact (was never at a stadium), I was told it was required by AZ state law. If that's the case, include it in the quoted price, dipshits! So pissed. Never again.
