They lied to me. Very dishonest. They lied to me. Charged me for things I didn't want ans when I returned the car the bill was triple the original price!! Charged me for things I told them I didn't want!

FRAUDULENT/UNETHICAL/UNPROFESSIONAL Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) Horrible experience at this location!!! Do not come here if you value your privacy and don't want your personal identifying information disseminated amongst staff members at this location and used for fraud. When entering I was rudely treated unprofessionally, racially profiled and discriminated against by members of Management not associates. The Administration (Management) a woman and Hispanic male in back offices stated they were contacted by police that I was being investigated and consequently this led to the most inhumane, unprofessional, despicable, demeaning experience. I paid for my reservation and never retrieved vehicle but sadly had to leave due to the extreme misconduct and blatant unprofessionalism I endured. I would like an explanation as to how and why this could happen, I am a first time customer. I booked with Priceline. After filing. I did just hear back from the manager of the location. There is nothing that will be done here. The manager was at the counter the entire day and did not observe any behavior as described in the statement from the customer. Very good customer service … I read some reviews online about this company that were not very favorable. However my experience with them was great! I had to cancel my reservation shortly before my trip and figured I wouldn’t get a refund. I was pleasantly surprised when they refunded all of my money. Definitely going to do business with them again when I need a rental car.

NU car rental unprofessional and conniving NU car rental unprofessional and conniving. Because of how I was treated and how NU car do business I will no longer use Expedia since they provide services from that low low low standards (if you can even use that word in same sentence) company. DO NOT USE NU car rental as you will not get what you payed for and most likely you will pay more than at any other car rental company .

PLEASE BEWARE PLEASE BEWARE! I do not recommend that you rent from NU Car Rentals/Horsepower Car Rental. When I booked the reservation online, my initial total was $36.10 in March of 2024. I did not purchase the online insurance because my personal car insurance covers all rentals. It is necessary to note that I have NEVER had a problem with ANY car rental companies accepting my insurance. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the rental counter, they stated that they only accepted specific insurance that did not include mine. Within a few minutes, my rental jumped from $36.10 to $196.55! This pricing difference left me feeling swindled and aggravated. After speaking to my insurance agent, he also confirmed that he has never had an issue utilizing this insurance with a car rental company. NU CAR RENTALS/HORSEPOWER CAR RENTALS IS DECEPTIVE AND A SCAM! Save yourself the frustration and rent elsewhere.
