DON’T RENT CAR AVIS AND CARTRAWLER DON’T RENT CAR WITH AVIS AND CARTRAWLER Be careful, thoses companies are thieves. I booked a car with Avis with reservation number AE557578480 for 3 weeks in Dubai. I paid online with my debit card and of course the payment went through. When I got there, the Avis agent refused to rent the car for me because I needed a credit card. The majority of cards in France are debit. So I couldn't get the car and Cartrawler refuses to refund me 660€. THEY ARE THIEVES. I will post negative reviews alldays on all platforms to make them lose money and customers until they find a solution to refund me back.

Totall SCAMMERS Totall SCAMMERS ! THEY Took deposit and they Dont Return Back ! In rental Agreement its written clearly car can be renewed within 30 days. after using it 11 days, they said you cant Renew it, and A NEW 5000 DIRHAMS Deposit must be taken AGAIN !! STAY AWAY, TOTALL DISASTER !

Worst place to rent car Worst place to rent car. I had to pay 2000AED in deposit, no problems there, but when it came to the refund the told me i had to waite 45 days, also no problem. It took me almost 95 days to get the refund after talking to them multiple times. I did in the end receive back the refund but it was missing almost 300AED no explanation why just a cash register recipe that have been scanned and send as a picture. Dont rent from this place.

Alot of bad reviews here Alot of bad reviews here, my experience was good with Avis. I rented the car for travel to Oman. No issues at all with booking, car delivery on time, great customer service. Pick up on time. Car was nice. All the necessary car documents for Oman travel where taken care of by the company in advance. Thanks to Mohammad Arab, Ashfaq and Rafiullah.
