AEVery bad service.. Very bad service... if you request for car service due minimum 2 weeks before they will collect your car, after collection they will blame you that your car was overdue on kilometer, worst part is they will replace a dirty car from inside and out and fuel is less than half. Staff are not friendly...

CHI have been charged for a full tank of… I have been charged for a full tank of gas even though I returned the car with a full tank. Despite my email of dissatisfaction and the check out report, I received no response or any modification to my invoice. I do not recommend Avis to anyone. Regards. Michaël

AEI got fined AED 1800 because Avis did not insure and register their car. I have a lease car from Avis that was in an accident and needed repair. They gave me a replacement vehicle. Last week I was pulled over by the police because the registration and insurance had expired and I was fined AED 1800 and 2 black points. So far Avis have not taken any action and do not respond to my attempts to contact them about this matter. This is just one example of the extremely poor customer service I have experienced with them. Avoid at all costs.

AEPrepare to be disappointed! Do you enjoy the thrill of being provided a car that hasn't been checked over for faults and issues. Ever wanted to pay top dollar rental prices for a car that still has coffee stains and snot rags from the previous customer? Do you feel good customer service is a waste of time? Then Avis is the rental car company for you! Never have I been so disappointed in myself to assume that such a big name in the rental car market would provide exceptional service across the world. It seems the one in Dubai makes up it's own rules and now I'm locked in for a year long contract with a company that just doesn't care to provide a good service or offer its customers safety and piece of mind.
