Bad customer service Bad customer service. It's been 5 months since I was in dubai. They promised me that refunding y deposit will take 4 weeks. It's been 5 months now, and still no deposit returned. No answer on email, no answer on whatsapp. Worst experience ever. I highly advice you all to stay away from them.

They do not deliver what they promise In December 2022 I responded to an ad promoting a one year lease on AUDI cars. AVIS UAE first said okay for a one-year lease on an AUDI A6, then two weeks later said they cannot honour the deal, and offered a two years lease, that I said I would accept if they could wave the penalty clause. They said they would move forward. It was 11 January 2023, and I've never heard from them anymore. So, they had me sign a contract, collected tons of documents and sensible data, did not respect the deal, and disappear. It is unconceivable that these business practices are tolerated.
