Despite my email of dissatisfaction and the check out report, I received no response or any modification to my invoice. I do not recommend Avis to anyone. Regards. Michaël

Horrific Post Rental Experience I rented a car from Dubai airport and had to use a debit card for the security deposit due to an issue with my credit cards. According to the contract, funds were to be refunded in 45 days; it has now been 70 days! No one answers the phone, 1 of 6 e-mails is responded to with 'we will send this to finance for review'. Customer service is non-existent, plenty of better options to choose from. And, when the initial inspection takes place and the guy says don't worry about that little scratch we don't count that, worry about it. Luckily I took pictures when I received the car as they tried to charge me for it when I returned the car. Scammers from all perspectives.

Worst place to rent car Worst place to rent car. I had to pay 2000AED in deposit, no problems there, but when it came to the refund the told me i had to waite 45 days, also no problem. It took me almost 95 days to get the refund after talking to them multiple times. I did in the end receive back the refund but it was missing almost 300AED no explanation why just a cash register recipe that have been scanned and send as a picture. Dont rent from this place.

I would not rcommend this company… I would not rcommend this company .they charge extra cost fuel ,cleaning etc. very expensive , does not answer for requests .No any staff in operating hours , contact with call center costed me a lot .

Avis UAE: total disaster pick -up: dirty car; no child seat available despite confirmed/booked drop-off: tried to over charge; AUH no signs to guide to parking lot; credit card block not released after number of weeks
