INHorrific Post Rental Experience I rented a car from Dubai airport and had to use a debit card for the security deposit due to an issue with my credit cards. According to the contract, funds were to be refunded in 45 days; it has now been 70 days! No one answers the phone, 1 of 6 e-mails is responded to with 'we will send this to finance for review'. Customer service is non-existent, plenty of better options to choose from. And, when the initial inspection takes place and the guy says don't worry about that little scratch we don't count that, worry about it. Luckily I took pictures when I received the car as they tried to charge me for it when I returned the car. Scammers from all perspectives.

AEVery bad service.. Very bad service... if you request for car service due minimum 2 weeks before they will collect your car, after collection they will blame you that your car was overdue on kilometer, worst part is they will replace a dirty car from inside and out and fuel is less than half. Staff are not friendly...

ITLOOK LIKE SCAMMERS: LOOK LIKE SCAMMERS: Booked a car from Expedia, when i was the airport the rate increased 2 times for stupid reasons (with debit card is this cost)! therefore i took it (on date 10/8/22), they told me your deposit 2000 aed will be back in 45 working days, the days has gone, but no money back and no reply from them!

AEI got fined AED 1800 because Avis did not insure and register their car. I have a lease car from Avis that was in an accident and needed repair. They gave me a replacement vehicle. Last week I was pulled over by the police because the registration and insurance had expired and I was fined AED 1800 and 2 black points. So far Avis have not taken any action and do not respond to my attempts to contact them about this matter. This is just one example of the extremely poor customer service I have experienced with them. Avoid at all costs.

NLThey charged me double Rented a car from them, paid the cost of child seat upon picking the car. After returning the car my credit card was charged with no explanation what so ever. Sent several emails to get a replay that the amount is for child seat and a road toll. 5 days later again my card was charged the same amount as the road toll. So basically they let me pay twice, at least till today, still waiting for an adequate reply from their side.
