HE WENT WAY BEYOND TO HELP ME! HE WENT WAY BEYOND THE NORMAL SERVICE IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET MY ENGINE'S HOOD OPEN, BUT IT WAS SIMPLY FROZEN CLOSED, SO HE ENDED UP HAVING TO TOW IT TO MY CAR REPAAIR SHOP FOR ME. HE WAS VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH KIND THINGS AOUT HIM!!

Car Shield success! This time, when I called, it was more for information. Everyone with which I have spoken were wonderful! Information was quickly and curteously given. I felt valued and informed. My previous encounter was to rebuild a transmission. That went beautifully and my needs and situation was taken into consideration. Dishonest I am disappointed as many repair shops in VA will not work with Car Shield. Car Shield doesn’t pay the listed price for labor as stated in the policy. They pay an estimated dollar amount based on US National Labor Guide which is very inaccurate leaving the customer with charges in addition to your copay.
